I got scammed. They waited until I got summonsed to court before they did anything. They doubled how much I have to pay they now! I could have just paid this all myself cheaper then what they are charging me. Now I may have to file bankruptcy! STAY AWAY!

I am seriously wondering if the good reviews for this company are real. This is a complete scam. They only reached an agreement with one creditor. They informed me via email at the time that I had paid $100 to this creditor and that was the last email I received about this. After making more payments I noticed that they hadnt emailed me about any more creditor payments being made and honestly I was done with it as it required too much effort on my part to get anything done. I finally requested a refund after making over $2,000 in payments. Whoever I spoke with over the phone was VERY unprofessional. After having to tell him I wanted a refund for 7 minutes straight and listening to him try to convince me otherwise while smart mouthing me I got pretty ***** with him and informed him that I dont have time to play games with him and I dont play he assured me that I would get my refund. Before we got off the phone he paused, laughed, and said, you dont play,.please and hung up the phone. I knew then I was dealing with a shady company. A few days later I received a refund for $360.18 which is $1,733.42 shorter than the $2,093.60 I paid them. I have been trying to get in contact with them and after speaking with one person who said $360 was all I was due back they said they would transfer me to someone to explain my refund amount. After holding for more time I spoke with someone else who could not explain. I was transferred again and sat on the phone for almost 30 minutes before the call dropped. The smart mouth fellow said he would email me a contract I know nothing about, but you guessed it. I didnt get that email. These people TAKE YOUR MONEY!!!! The good reviews cant be real.
