  Doing business with United Settlement hasnt been an easy process me. But when you are blessed to get a representative like Mr. *** *. It makes it easier to cope and move through this process. Mr. *** *. has been very professional, honest and willing to keep me informed about my account when I call. Im sure the company has other caring professionals like Mr. *** *. but it was ment for me to have an encounter with him. Thank you Mr. *** *. For your professionalism and your willingness to serve with integrity.

  United Settlement has been handling my debt consolidation, and they have been doing good by me, as far as I'm concerned. They have negotiated my debts diligently and have settled most of them already. I have the utmost confidence in them until I can erase all these debts.

  Worst company ever, as they are completely misleading and lying their customers. They inform you about your debt ********************** amount, and when you start paying, they are adding their fees, initiated fees, etc...so that you do not really know how much you have to pay. When you open your case at their web site is showing debt settlement amount, but that does not include their "fees". In my case, debt settlement amount and their "fees" together were almost the same as original debt, maybe 5% lower. My debt was $89K, settlement amount $62K, and per all logic that's how much I should pay. But no, they are adding their "fees: coming up to $85K in total.WHAT KIND DEBT SETTLEMENT IS THAT?DO NOT SIGN FOR THIS DO NOT TRUST THEM WORST SCAM IN *** THEY SHOULD BE PROCESUTED FOR DESTRYING SMALL BUSINESS OWNERS

  An unhappy customer Regard to my experience with United settlement company Last month I had called needing help with my finances I told The person on the phone, the dollar amount and the outstanding credit cards that I needed to combine for one payment I was asked to give my routing number my check number and then I was told the amount that I had to pay per month Then I was told that my credit score may go down because it takes a while and I asked what the amount I paid with the credit cards. See any type of payment right away. I was told it takes time and not to answer the phone calls or give them the phone number that they pertain as well as the address Meanwhile, I was getting calls at the credit cards never received anything and my credit score went down so quickly I was told it could take about a couple months, but meanwhile, you culminate all this interest and outstanding amounts and nothing to show for it I had asked if there is a collection department on their end so I could talk to someone which I decided to cancel with our relationship due to my health reasons I would really like my $233 and some odd cents back and return due to false pretenses I really need your help I would not recommend this company because when a person is in need, everything should be taken care of right away In this case, they’re just looking for more money and more accounts so they can keep on adding to your payment

  United Settlement has truly stressed me out. I spoke with a representative by the name of ***** ***** and explained my situation to him and why I needed to consolidate debt. The conversation wasnt very comfortable, felt rushed but I decided to move forward because of how badly I wanted to pay my debts and rebuild my credit. He even said I was un lendable when it came to lenders. Once all of the paperwork was done and signed, I was supposed to get charged $109 biweekly. The first payment ended up being THE TOTAL amount of debt I owed instead of the biweekly payment that i agreed to and signed for. Which then put my account waaay in the negative. When I called regarding this issue, it was hard trying to get in touch with ***** then when he finally called back, he had the worst attitude. He made it seem like it wasnt United Settlement that made the charge and like it wasnt an error on their end, almost putting the blame on me. But once I sent him the screenshot of my account with a giant charge from United Settlement, he started to apologize because he realized that this was their mistake and got me connected with a manager, ****. **** was also apologetic and was able to cancel the whole program and refund my account. But now, I am seeing that they have credited my account twice for the same amount and now we are trying to figure out how they can get this fixed. Its been a headache since the beginning. If anyone is interested in working with United Settlement, I would be very weary because there has been nothing but mistakes and red flags since the first charge.

  I cannot express enough how grateful I am for the wonderful experience I had working with United Settlement. Their team is not only kind and communicative but also incredibly thorough and great at what they do. Throughout such a sensitive and difficult situation, they handled everything with the utmost care and professionalism.   This is a scam and I encourage people to stay away from this company. They withdrew $1224.00 from my bank account within a 6 month period. They only contacted 1 of my creditors and paid them a total of $400.00, they never tried to contact any of my other creditors to settle the amount owed. They kept the other $812.00 of the money I paid in. I canceled the service. My credit is ruined for things not being paid for 6 months.

  This corrupt company withdrew $1400 from my bank account and refuses to refund my money despite the fact that I canceled my account with them. I urge everyone to stay away from these thieves and be cautious when dealing with them.
