I have had two inplants done in the ********* ** *********** location and the second one I have had done is now also falling out of my mouth. I have been calling all of the locations and no one answers the phone. You cant leave a message the mail is full. If I call the emergency line it is no longer in service. This is supposed to be guaranteed for life and if they have closed they should have pushed my file to a new place. I have gone to the location several times and no one is there. I need to know if they have closed?Initial Complaint

Paid in full for an implant procedure on 1/9/2023.The implant was not satisfactory and had to be removed.Since then, repeated appointments to replace implant and continue work were cancelled by Contemporary Dental Implant Centre. The last appointment given was for 1/29/2024 which was also cancelled.Since then I have had no response from the firm.I was forced to have the procedure done by another dental implant surgeon.Initial Complaint

I had paid in full for my Implant in 9/2023, had impressions done, now its time to get finish no one answers the phone on all locations and the number that suppose to take messgages, the machine is full. On Nov 29,2022, I ******************************* paid $4788.00, at Contemporary Dental Implant Centre at there office located at *********************************************************************************************** phone # ************/************, for Dental work. I received my Implant consultation, xray's, extraction & post & bone graft. I was to return in early May 2023 for the impressions of my mouth & to receive crowns. I received a call in May & was told my appointment was canceled & had to reschedule. They ask me to come at the end of May .I told them I couldn't make it & ask for another appointment. They said they would call me back & never did. I called the office several times & got no response. I went to the office several ************* never open. No notification that they were closed for business or had moved. I call ** their other offices & was told the dentist in the other offices would not work behind another dentist. I SAID but I paid for the work to be done by your company. Since then I've been calling to resolve this matter & all I get is the run around. I WOULD LIKE THEM TO FINISH THE WORK OR GIVE ME BACK A REFUND FOR WHAT THEY DIDNT DO.Initial Complaint

I have started implants with the Contemporary Dental Implants Center since November 2018 and have paid for 4 implants at almost $ 12, 000, I the office place three post screws and I was scheduled to do the final s**** (4th) and impressions four my crowns on 4/17/23. However, I received a call two week before the appointment that my appointment was cancelled. as the office location will be closed. I was informed I have to follow up with the dentist who started the procedure at his private office (****************************** at ***** Dental Smiles) to complete the procedure. I made numerous calls to the dentist private office and was informed I will not be able to complete my procedure there. I made numerous calls to Contemporary Dental Implants Centre and was told that they cannot help me and I have to follow up with Dr **** as he was paid to do the procedure. I feel abandoned by the dental office and there are no answers for my medical care. My health is deteriorating because I am unable to chew properly and had prior stomach surgery for that issue. It has been 4 months with no medical resolution for my dental care. Please assist ThanksInitial Complaint

************* location at ****************************** has been closed for a long period of time with an explanation from the office that doctor is sick and doesnt know when he is returning. . I paid in full as required to have implant done which is not been completed. This has been goin on for over a month. When calling the office for a status update phone transfers to answering serv. And being told someone will call back to reschedule appt. I have paid in full which is required by dentist and half the job is complete. Contemporary Implants has other offices and at this point Im not understanding why doctor from a diffierent location cant be brought in to the Valley Steam location to assist patients. This is unprofessional and ridiculous that an office shuts down for this length of time. There is no one to address concerns just person saying to wait for a phone call.Customer response

On March 5th 2020 before the pandemic I left a deposit of $5100 for prospective dental work with this company. I was given an oral evaluation and was scheduled for dental work within the next two weeks and the pandemic shut everything down. It is now January 4th 2023 and I have tried multiple times to contact this office and speak to the billing department but I am sent to a voicemail every time and everyone refuses to talk to me and I have been given the runaround every time I ask to speak to someone. Not sure what I need to in order to get my deposit back. They can charge me for the oral evaluation but I am sure this doesn't cost any where near $5100.00Customer response
