      Trust Pilot Continues To Allow a Business To Abuse Its Guidelines and Advertise Casino Products to *** Residents:in Feb 2023 I was asked to help promote an online casino, which is what my business does by writing customized software solutions for ******* clients. This person, ended up actually just scamming me and dozens of others, along with the casino who have not paid my benefits or commission in accordance with their contractual obligations. Along with this, I of course put them on notice every step along the way eventually taking their trust score down to nearly 1.0 due to frequency of scams they were doing to me.Since this, the company *********** has implemented a standard of practice that reports every negative review, and if you counter this, they will then flag your comment as not based on a genuine experience. In the past 30 days, ***********'s trust pilot has received 80 of their 90 total positive reviews, while losing more than 250 of their legitimately earned negative reviews. I tried to appeal to trust pilot about the platform manipulation, though they did *********** the casino has lots of reviews from USA residents whom theyve paid to or partner with incentivizing the positive reviews. I think this company is terrible and so do most others, its totally obvious theyre automating positive reviews in an effort to scam and mislead more and more from *****************, a jurisdiction you cannot legally advertise gambling in. I will sue you trust pilot believe me :)

      Complaint Title: Trustpilot Allows Fake Reviews to Remain Despite Evidence and Complaints Business Name: Trustpilot, Inc.Complaint:I am submitting this complaint due to Trustpilots failure to act on fraudulent and incentivized reviews involving Remi Night Guards.On April 23, 2025, I reported that Remi Night Guards was offering incentives for reviews. One Trustpilot reviewposted by ***** on March 28, ********** the company promises a Full Cashback plus a $20 bonus or Free Set of Mouthguards, along with $5 for leaving reviews on BBB and Trustpilot, paid after sending screenshots. This is a blatant violation of Trustpilots policies against paid reviews (I attached my original BBB complaint for Remi as well which still has not been resolved).Despite this clear documentation, including a link to the review (*********************************************************************), Trustpilot has taken no action. It has now been over two weeks with no response and no removal of the review.This raises serious concerns about the credibility and ethics of Trustpilots review system. It appears they may give preferential treatment to companies that pay for premium plansor are simply failing to enforce their policies. This inaction compromises the integrity of their platform and misleads consumers by allowing businesses to falsely inflate their reputations through dishonest means.If Trustpilot continues to ignore this issue, I will escalate the matter to the ************************ (***) and other consumer protection agencies, as well as continue to raise awareness about the lack of accountability on this platform.

      Thank you for the response, but I must reiterate: I do not trust Trustpilots enforcement process. You mention a dedicated Content Integrity Team, yet after multiple weeks and my formal reportincluding documentation of clearly incentivized reviews by **** ***** ******** action has been taken. Are these experts actually reviewing content, or are they simply not empowered to act? Or are they on vacation?

      To eliminate any doubt, I am now providing additional evidence, including:
      -Screenshots of communication between **** and their customers showing offers of money in exchange for reviews.
      -Payment proof from **** CEO ***** ******** Venmo account, demonstrating clear financial incentive tied to reviews across Trustpilot, BBB, and Amazon.

      This is no longer just a review integrity issuethis is an accountability issue for Trustpilot itself. If you truly uphold a policy of ZERO TOLERANCE, then this evidence should trigger immediate removal of the fraudulent positive reviews and a reassessment of ****s overall rating.

      If I do not see prompt, visible action, I will:
      -File a formal complaint with the **** naming Trustpilot as an enabler of manipulated review schemes.
      -Share this information publicly across social media to inform consumers and ethical businesses about whats being allowed under Trustpilots watch.

      As a whistleblower, I followed the correct reporting channelsand received silence. Now the ball is in your court. I hope Trustpilot chooses to act in accordance with its own principles.

      Response to BBB Ongoing Concern About Trustpilots Inaction on **** ***** ******

      It is extremely concerning that **** ***** ****** continues to be allowed to accumulate 5-star reviews on Trustpilot during an active investigation into fraudulent review practices. If Trustpilot were truly enforcing its own policies, Remis ability to receive new reviews should have been paused the moment credible evidence of manipulation was submitted.

      Despite the proof, I continue to see a steady stream of nearly identical 5-star reviews being published in a short period of time, all with similar vague praise and no verification of authenticity.

      This not only undermines the credibility of Trustpilot, but also suggests a failure or refusal to act on blatant violations of their own guidelines. It raises a critical question: How many other companies are gaming the system while Trustpilot looks the other way?

      Any positive reviews for Remi should be removed from the Trustpilot platform entirely. Allowing them to remain and continue gaining fake positive reviews sends a dangerous message: that businesses can manipulate consumer perception through deception and still maintain high ratings if they are paying customers of the platform.
      This is a breach of public trust, and unless meaningful action is taken, it calls into question the legitimacy of both Remi and Trustpilot.

      I urge the BBB to investigate further and hold both parties accountable.

      I placed an order with ***** that was shipped using SpeedX shipping services. According to the tracking information, the package was delivered to a facility in ******** on April 23, 2025, and then arrived in ***** on April 24. On April 25, the status showed that it was "out for delivery," but later updated to "attempted delivery."Since April 26, I have made multiple attempts to resolve this issue by contacting ****** customer support. However, I have not been able to speak with a live representativeonly automated AI responses, which have been unhelpful and frustrating. As of April 28, the tracking status continues to show "out for delivery" with no updates or ************* delivery instructions clearly state to call or text my phone number upon arrival, but this has not been followed. The lack of communication, inability to reach a human representative, and failure to deliver the package despite multiple days of "out for delivery" status is completely unacceptable.I am extremely disappointed with both the customer service and the delivery process. I expect this matter to be resolved promptly.

      This business dishonestly sanitizes legitimate negative reviews on itself and companies that subscribe to it. I have had multiple reviews rejected, seemingly automatically, because they were negative feedback. This causes distrust in their inherent business plan and is obviously unethical behavior and corporate greed.

      To Whom It May Concern,I am writing to formally file a complaint against Dealforce for misleading advertising, poor service delivery, and what I believe to be unethical behavior in response to my honest review of their services. I posted my proof and review to TrustPilot where they say companies are not allowed to pay for reviews. Dealforce attempted to pay me to take mine down.I later discovered similar reports from other reviewersone even said a prospect admitted they were paid to attend the meeting and didnt know what it was about. This aligns disturbingly well with my own experience and suggests a widespread issue with how Dealforce sources and represents its leads.Adding to the concern, after leaving a detailed review on Trustpilot describing my experience, I was contacted by Dealforce offering to pay me to remove or alter my review. This is not only unethical but also a direct violation of Trustpilots guidelines, which prohibit incentivizing users to remove negative reviews.Subsequently, my review was flagged as defamatory and removeddespite the fact that it was a truthful and accurate account of my experience, supported by records and communications. I find this deeply troubling, as it undermines public trust in honest reviews and allows the company to manipulate its online reputation through unjust means.I respectfully request that the BBB investigate these practices and hold Dealforce accountable for misrepresenting its services and for its attempts to suppress legitimate criticism through improper incentives.Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.

      I bought some filter equipment from an amazing company who changed my life. Gave my family pure water in our home for the first time in 20 yrs. We tried everything and bought everything from companies for thousands of dollars who did not fix it. So we went to review this life saving company with Trust Pilot. And to my amazement they refused to show my review. And would not tell me why. Even when I sent them PROOF of my purchase! I did just replace my phone. The *** I used to work for overseas paid for my global GPS phone as I traveled for them. The new phone gets many spam calls and bill calls. Maybe that is what it is. They won't tell me. I go to their site and see several reviews that are bad about the company I am trying to review. And it is hard to believe, as they are so helpful and kind. Then I see a bogus review from someone I actually know! This guy is an awful person. I go see him and he tells me he never even bought equipment from them. That he got mad at them because they wanted him to do all these things to analyze his well water and refused to sell it to him when he wouldn't do his due diligence. So he said he got online and called then a scam company with Trust Pilot. I am shocked that trust Pilot lets ANYONE call ANY company a scam. That indicates they SCAM or commit fraud or something like that. So if a person does not do their due diligence and a product does not work well, now it is a scam! Shocking. I called the company and they said that they were members of Trust Pilot for a while, but that Trust Pilot always took the complainers side of things, even when the company could document the person did not follow instructions, and that Trust Pilot lets ANYONE say ANYTHING, except to let the business defend themselves. And once they stopped paying trust Pilot they had this rash of **** complaints. Some of which no customer of that name existed, and two others where they could PROVE the people were lying. Shameful. They are a good company. Not TPilot.

      I listed my business on Trustpilot, as I believed it would enhance my credibility and benefit my company. I host over 35 websites on the same server (with a shared IP) and encouraged my clients to leave honest reviews about my services. While two 5-star reviews were accepted, several legitimate reviews were rejected by Trustpilot, leaving my business with an inaccurate and unfair rating of 3.8.I previously contacted Trustpilot to review the matter, but their response was that the decision remains unchanged. I find this unacceptable, as I operate a legitimate business with integrity, and this rating does not reflect the quality of my services.I am now requesting that Trustpilot remove both my profile and my business page completely from their platform. I do not want my business associated with a service that undermines my reputation. If this is not resolved, I will ask my clients to delete their reviews and pursue further actions to ensure my business profile is completely removed. I will not accept anything less.

      It is that simple. This company charges (at a minimum) $660 a month to manage a businesses reviews.They scrub any negative reviews of a company that pays. The simple part is: if they do not scrub the negative reviews, the business has no incentive to continue paying them. Any business that pays trustpilot is not to be trusted. Positive reviews are removed as well. They say they have "software" to detect fake reviews. Who are they to say what is fake? This is against the first amendment here in the US.Consumers should be aware. I have also filed a complaint with the ***. Fashion Nova was sued (and lost) for not posting negative reviews. Trustpilot is not far behind.

      I have reported over 30 copy and paste reviews with the trustpilot whistleblower function. I have been replied to and acknowledged by the content integrity team at trustpilot, of the copy and pasted reviews of a specific company, ************. December 2024 was the date of trustpilots acknowledgement. Every review I flagged since then is still active. Not mentioning anything remotely close to what the company is offering, clearly fake & somewhat troubling how this is something your company is involved in.

      [You're welcome. I'm happy you can acknowledge the same fake reviews I have brought to your content integrity team over 6 months ago. Trust Pilot "championing" these "verified" fake reviews is quite troublesome as it's a breach of trust to the public. Unfortunately , the same copy and paste smartphone reviews are being posted to date. The issue is not resolved as the deception is still active. So, why does trust pilot champion deception instead of trust?]
