Completely Useless and Unresponsive Platform No Help Whatsoever EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!!!I have never been more frustrated with a platform than I have been with Trustpilot. From the moment I started using it, it became clear that Trustpilot's system is utterly broken and completely indifferent to legitimate businesses. I've had multiple defamatory 1-star reviews posted by individuals who have never used my services. These reviews were clearly fake and malicious, yet Trustpilot refused to remove them. I reached out to their so-called "Content Integrity" team for help, but all I got were automated, generic responses with no real resolution. Trustpilot's claim to be neutral is a joke. When I asked for specific proof or details to prove these people had actually worked with me, they just ignored my concerns.Meanwhile, positive, legitimate reviews from actual clients who have had great experiences with my business have been removed without explanation. No transparency, no detailed reasoningjust a vague reference to some violation of their rules, which no one can clarify. And despite the fact that these reviews were honest and well-meaning, Trustpilot had no issue wiping them out. It makes no sense why the negative, fake reviews stay up, and genuine positive feedback is removed for seemingly no reason. Its frustrating dealing with a platform that simply doesnt care about the impact they have on businesses. Trustpilot's lack of support is infuriating. I spent hours trying to get some clarity on these issues, only to be brushed off. They dont help businessesthey allow fraudulent content to damage reputations while doing absolutely nothing to fix it. The platform is designed to protect the anonymous haters who can write whatever they want without consequence, while legitimate businesses have to jump through hoops just to get some semblance of *********** make matters worse, Trustpilots "Customer Success" team has no power to do anything.

I submitted a completely honest and positive 5-star review on Trustpilot based on my personal experience with a company. Trustpilot flagged it, demanding proof of purchase, which I provided promptly. Despite this, they claimed there were "unusual patterns" and refused to publish the revieweven though I met all their requirements. What's alarming is that they couldnt (or wouldnt) explain what those "patterns" were, nor how my verified, documented experience was invalid. It feels arbitrary and biased.Their "Content Integrity Team" hides behind vague language, does not provide any transparency, and offers no clear appeals process. I was attempting to praise a company I had a good experience withnot slander one. Why block that? This experience makes me seriously question the legitimacy of Trustpilot's review system. If they remove genuine 5-star reviews with proof, what else are they censoring?I will never use or trust this platform again.

So Ive never used Trustpilot *** before but the company I ordered teeth alignment trays from asked me to review them. I clicked the link and Trustpilot popped up. I left my review and thought nothing of it. Several days later, Trustpilot sends me an email saying theyve detected that I may not a be a real customer and asked that I send in proof. I sent them a screenshot of my latest order from Smileie and once again forgot about it. Trustpilot again emailed me and said I still did not meet their criteria for posting a review. To all businesses thinking of using ************************* Dont do it. Its just going to **** off your customers and youll end up with less online presence because these asshats are blocking your real customers from leaving legitimate reviews. I predict in the near future Trustpilot ***. will be as relevant as ***. Still cant believe a business like this exists.

Trustpilot is untrustworthy. For as fast as they took down my review of a company I was with for years, they must be in their pockets. You can't trust a review company who will remove your reviews without sending them credit card information so they can "verify the review" . Don't trust them

      1. The "Trust" Farce:Trustpilot? More like "TrustNoOne." They claim to champion consumer voices, but only if those voices sing praises. If you criticize, they'll ban you faster than you can say "1984."2. The Review Censorship - Big Brother ********** wield their "moderation" like a dictator. Negative reviews? Gone. Critical feedback? Vanished. It's like they're running a ***************** for businesses, rewriting history in real-time.3. The Ban Hammer - An Arbitrary Weapon:You think you're banned for "nothing"? Welcome to Trustpilot's Gulag. They ban for the most ludicrous reasons or no reason at all, especially if you threaten to expose the corporate leeches they protect.4. The Bribery Allegations - A Corporate Love Affair:There's a rumor that if you have deep pockets, Trustpilot will cuddle you like a lost puppy. Companies allegedly bribe their way into spotless reviews, while honest critics like you get exiled.5. The Privacy Invasion - A Surveillance State:They demand specific details from you like they're the secret police. "More details, comrade," they say, making it easier for the corporate nutjobs to target you with their rage or worse, their lawyers.6. The Algorithm - A Black Box of Mystery:Their algorithm for what reviews get seen is as transparent as a lead shield. It's like they've got a secret recipe for which reviews make it to the top, and it's not based on merit but on how much you can pay or how much you can threaten.7. The Fake Review Epidemic - A Corporate Propaganda Machine:Trustpilot is the breeding ground for fake reviews. Companies can buy glowing testimonials like candy, while genuine consumer experiences are buried deeper than a pharaoh's tomb.8. The ****************** A Kafkaesque Nightmare:Their customer service is like trying to appeal to a **************** You reach out, and you're met with a wall of bureaucracy or just silence. Your ban? It's set in stone, comrade.

All business reviews can be purchased. Positive reviews may be bought to mislead consumers. Should be 0 stars.

They have removed my reviews for a specific company. Every time I leave a review they take it down. There's really no way to get in contact with them to figure out why. Completely ridiculous.

Trustpilot receives large payments from companies and ban or block users negative reviews. They allow companies to create fake 5 gold stars accounts with no factual proof of purchase or supporting documents. Compare reviews side by side with BBB and you will see a huge false rating difference. DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THEIR SO CALLED BUSINESS ETHICS. Thankyou to the BBB for proving this company is a waste of time and thanks to all those sharing their experiences to give this company a real review.

Trust pilot teams is deceptive and operates in a morally gray area. They are paid by business and use a deprecated algorithm to remove reviews they find to be not in their or the company that pays favor. As said below you cannot actually trust any reviews from trust pilot they are a scam company.
