      ********* seems to engage in scams with iPhones. They offered me $80 for my flawless 6s plus iPhone, then when they received it said it was damaged and offered me $5. They said it wouldnt turn on. They returned it to me. I plugged it in and it immediately powered on. Within a few minutes it was recharged sufficiently and wrote hello in several languages. I contacted ********* and sent them a photo of it powered on, also offered to send them a video. They said something about their technician and a cold battery and said they would escalate it. After a couple of follow *** from me, they still never responded. To me their silence confirms the unscrupulous practice of their phone reselling business. The delay caused by their scam has caused a loss of value to my phone. It is now worth $58 but was worth $80 at the time of their offer. I am seeking $22 in actual damages.

      I used uSell to sell my Samsung Galaxy s6. I ordered the shipping materials from them on 9/22/21, confirmation number: ************. I received it on 9/28/21, the tracking # they sent me was ********************** via ****. I sent my phone out with the screen protector and case on, on the same day I received the materials. uSell received my phone the 9/30/21. On 10/4/21, I received a message saying that "You indicated that the condition of your device was Good but you actually sent the device in Damaged condition. Your buyer also noted that: DEVICE HAS A CRACKED SCREEN AND BROKEN LCD". When I sent out the phone, everything was working with no broken screen. They offered to buy it for a $1 but I refused, so they shipped the item back. I received my phone back on 10/9/21 and the screen protector and case DID NOT come with the phone. Instead, it came back with a broken screen that looks like it was hit with a hammer. Looking at other reviews about them, they tend to rip off customers.

      Better Business Bureau:

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.

      They still claimed that the phone was broken in transit, which I find it hard to believe since the case and screen protector was on. They never mentioned the case or screen protector. I don't recommend anyone using their services.

      Created two resell orders on 11/9/20, Order #************ and ************. Shipping kit never arrived for ************. A new shipping kit was sent 12/31/20 and shipped back to uSell 1/5/20. Payment not received and no contact to emails requesting payment/tracking.

      We are very sorry that you did not receive payment for your device in a timely manner for Order #: ************ 

       

      We checked our support records and did not receive any inquiries from you related to any issues with this order.  Did you contact ***************** for assistance or utilize a different email in your correspondence?

       

      According to the **** tracking# ********************************** of the inbound shipment, the package was never delivered to our facility.  The last tracking update from USPS appears to have been on January 18th as per below:

      January 18, 2021
      In Transit, Arriving Late
      Your package will arrive later than expected, but is still on its way. It is currently in transit to the next facility.

      At this point we can conclude that the package was lost and never received.

      However, as an act of good faith, although we never actually received the product you intended to sell, we have still gone forward and issued you the original quoted payment of $8 to your paypal account of record ****************

      We hope that we finally resolved this to your satisfaction. Again, we apologize for any inconvenience.
