My wife attempted to buy tickets to the Met for a performance May 5th. This weekend. They sent no confirmation. I saw the charge go pending on my wife's credit card, and called the company. no response. I checked reviews on this website, and they seemed less than reputable. Called and emailed to see if I could cancel the transaction (as it had not yet gone through); and stated that I was going to see if I could cancel it on my credit card company's end. They responded with a poorly worded, vaguely threatening email, to which they also attached a screenshot of my ******** profile, and my home address. Not sure what that is supposed to accomplish: they know where I live and so I should be afraid? It's in poor taste; also, the reply email contained a screenshot of the confirmation (which is invisible to us, save by this screenshot) that the tickets will be sent to us May 4 (it is currently October). That's more than a little ridiculous, and this whole thing strikes me as a scam (basically, if we purchase tickets in October, why does it take until the day before the performance to get us those tickets? Why is there no email clearly explaining the process? why can we not view the confirmation?). Avoid.
