      Placed an order with SeatGeek on July 27, 2021 (order # ***********). My money was taken but I never received my tickets. I have been on and off the phone with customer support for over 5 hours. I WANT A FULL REFUND. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM SEATGEEK AGAIN.

      I purchased tickets for 968 dollars to the rolling loud concert in ***** ** for my son. They have a buyer guarantee that tickets would be on time and when I called the day He was traveling to ** bc the ticket was not here they told me he could use the order number at the gate and be allowed entrance which wasnt true. He had to buy another ticket for 450 dollars. Ive called numerous times to be hung up on, left on hold, and told a supervisor would call me back. I havent been able to speak to anyone who can help and no emails returned. Without ever actually speaking to someone they refunded only 100 dollars. 2 other people I traveled with also had to buy another ticket but they refunded them the entire amount not just 100. They sold me something I couldnt use and refuse to refund or Even talk to me. Order number***********. Tracking number ******************. The ticket arrived at my home the day before the concert and an hour after I landed in *******. Couldnt use numbers at gate.

      Hi there,

      Per our Buyer's Guarantee, we do guarantee that tickets are delivered in time for the event. Since many tickets are delivered within ***** hours of the event, we encourage customers to choose a delivery address close to their event if they are traveling, as we do not accommodate travel plans. We have already partially refunded this order for $100 as a courtesy. Because the tickets were delivered on time per our terms of service, we will not be refunding this order further.

      In June I was to go see a reggae band called Random Test Reggae.But the concert was called off because of rain.I asked a dozen times to have my money returned.I have not yet received anything.

      While making a purchase of tickets from the website, my order went through twice leaving me with twice as many tickets as I attempted to purchase. I was charged twice because of this. I reached out to seat geek and they told me they could only provide me with site credit that would expire within a year. Considering this would lock seat geek into more of my money in the future because of their website's failure, this would be totally unethical and illegal. All I want is to exchange the tickets that I never intended to order for a full cash refund. The company has refused to do so.

      On June30 2021 I purchased two tickets to the ******************************** show for December 4 2021 They charged my discover card $603.84 for the tickets I never got a email conformation they dont respond to my emails

      While looking into your inquiry, it seems the reason there was never a confirmation email sent for your order, was that the email provided at checkout was a typo'd email. 

      It does look like you got in touch with our customer support team, and they were able to get in touch with the seller of your tickets to retransfer them to your correct email, and provided proof of transfer directly from the seller. Once that was sent, we received no additional outreach. We consider this matter resolved.

      Due to covid the concert (***************) was canceled and Seat Geek responded on June 3rd 2021, the refund would be issued in next six weeks. I emailed last week with no response and now it has been 8 weeks since they notified me of the cancelation. This is out right fraud, I am seeking complete refund on my card immediately.
