    Sent my kids to *************** Waited and waited til 1.5 hrs before the show started. All went well, and they loved the show. Was able to get them really good seats in the ****, for less than face value. No problems there. BUT $70+ fees for each seat? Come on guys, thats not necessary. Brought the price right back up to where it was if I was buying off of Ticketmaster.

    Seamless transaction to see ******* in ***************, much better ticket than directly through the venue for only $1 more, will use again!!

    Bought both ******* game tickets and parking passes. Game was fantastic. Stadium fantastic.Parking Passes were for a lot located 3 MILES away from **************. Park at the stadium. They have garages both north and south of the ballpark which are $25 and can be paid for by mobile.

    I truly don't understand why all these bad reviews ...... my every experience with stub hub has been nothing but excellent service ?? ?? ?? ....... Thanks so much for taking good care of me and my concert experience

    My experiences with StubHub have been great, especially my most recent one wherein I purchased tickets to see ********* Cowboy ****** tour. Not only was the pricing more than affordable, the seats themselves Sec:231 Row 25 Seats ***** were terrific! We were literally facing the stage with no obstruction. Lastly, accessing my tix was hassle free. Happy User!

    I am livid. I will never use stubhub ever again. My sister and I bought 3 tickets over 6 months ago for the ****** the veil and sleeping with sirens tour. The concert is NEXT WEEK. They informed us this morning that our tickets cant be fulfilled. Sent an email saying they have other ticket listings at no cost. Then there were absolutely no tickets. Now the tickets are 3 times the amount we paid for them when we bought them on the release date. We also wont be able to get our refund until AFTER the concert. How is any of this helpful?? And we had our tickets insured too. This is so unprofessional. Now were out of money. And we dont have tickets. In my 23 years of going to hundreds of concerts this has NEVER happened. I hate stubhub.

    Wow, can't believe all the issue I read below. I had such a flawless experience with Stubhub. Tickets on Ticketmaster were stupid at over $50 convenience fees (each) on $85 tickets. But Stub hub had reasonable fees, great selection of 2nd hand tickets and fair ********** issues at venue, QR code worked fine and the show was great

    Of approximately 100 tickets purchased through Stub Hub only twice did I have any problem at all and Stub Hub stood by their guarantee each time. Once new tickets were provided and once issues were corrected prior to game day. Stub Hub is my go to source for resale tickets.

    You know what's one of the worst feelings in the world? Is looking at your 7-year-old son and telling him 8 days before the smackdown event that you bought back in March and it's now May we can't go to because StubHub can't give us the tickets we paid for. But they'll switch us out with tickets in the upper level or with tickets that have limited and obstructed view, no extra charge to me of course. So the $631 tickets I paid for on the chance *** *** is there, and we'd be right in the section that he normally walks down.We can't have those , but we'll give you c*** seats. I'm truly not sure how you can have seats two months before the event. Have confirmation numbers money out of your account to be told hey by the way, we gave your seats away. I can promise you this. I will never use stubhub again.
