  I attended 2 events and no problem at all, prices were great and seats worked, i even bought one hr before the show and was doubting about it, but the tickets arrive just when i was entering the venue, zero conplaints so far

  I bought tickets to the Country Thunder Music Festival in *****, **. It starts 5-2-25 and goes thru 5-4-25. I bought the tickets in December 2024. Been trying to get refund since December and tickets showed up yesterday. Even if I still wanted to go, no time to prepare to leave at thus late date. Talked to Stubhub and Discover numerous times. I have a temporary credit from Discover but imagine that will be changed soon. This is no way to run a business. If the sale had been refunded back in December for *******, the tickets would have resold, no problem. I could have sold them if necessary. Now, it is too late, and I am out almost 1400 dollars. Since Stubhub is not BBB accredited, looks like nothing I can do. I hope someone reads this and doesn't make the same mistake I did. As much as I love music, not sure if I ever will go to another concert. Buyer beware.

  Easy purchase, tickets were released within 15 mins and in my wallet , price was high but I expected to pay that , seats were great , overall excellent experience, first time stubhub user and would recommend and definitely use again

  bought an event ticket and because of personal reason could not attend it. Then I sold same tickets in February on stubhub platform. Its been more than 2 months and I havent received my payment yet. Whenever I try to contact the support team they copy paste exactly same message that its been escalated . And when I ask status of payment they try to Fun. Literally, stubhub team you should be ashamed. And I think stubhub should be banned because where are they using my money I dont know. Whether they have some other business. This is my order number: **^, if someone from stubhub reading or if team of BBB can help

  When purchasing parking passes was told it was across from the concert then when I received an email on the location it was actually a very different location 18 minutes away from the venue. I went anyways to park and the road to the parking spot said road closed. I contacted customer service and they said they couldnt help me or refund my money. This is a terrible business. Dont ever plan on using them again.

  Purchased a parking pass for a concert. No where on the sale of the pass did it advertise or warn about vehicle size restrictions for the lot. I get the ticket the next day and drive to the lot to find out it does not allow anything but standard size vehicles. Again WAS NOT advertised on their website. I pay for another spot at another lot and run to my event. Next day I reach out to stubhub. All they will give me a 25 percent off my next purchase. Why would I go back to a company that screwed me with a minor form of false advertisement. Because had that information been given I would not of purchased the pass for that specific lot. Now im out the cost of the pass which was 50 bucks plus another 20 for the 2nd lot. But hey 25 percent coupon!!!

  I bought a parking pass to an event set for 4/28/25 both via Stub Hub. Parking was a two mile walk, I could not walk that far could not get any reliable customer service on phone and on via chat and they would log off. Ended up in a rush to find something closer, under a mile a way and paid. Missed the over the first hour of the event and no refund of the parking. Stub Hub should not offer this service as its a rip off just sell your dam event tickets i would have done better and cheaper without you.

  Please do not buy from StubHub! The vendor who sales you the tickets will be the ones to send you the tickets. The vendor was supposed to send them the same day of event. I made plans for a year to go to this event. The vendor did not send me the tickets and there is nothing that StubHub will do for you besides refund you, but havent received. Scam.

  I loved the seats. The tickets were easy to download and were distributed quickly after purchase. The only thing that I didn't like about it was that I didn't see the fees until after I purchased the tickets. $50 a ticket is a bit high. That is the only reason that I left a four instead of a five.
