    My husband and I really enjoyed the FOR MY FANS TOUR featuring **** J ***** ?? ?? ??. It's the first time my husband attended a concert. Great venue.

    I was in contact with StubHub customer service all day on the day of my event. I never received my tickets. The doors opened at 6pm and the game started at 7. My tickets were delivered, not to me, but the Ticketmaster Account Manager page at 6:45pm so I was denied a refund because they claimed the tickets were delivered on time. I never received the email stating my tickets were available. They also said I should have gone to the venue empty handed, based on their customer guarantee. I am filing complaints with my AG and recommending no one ever use StubHub again. Grade: F

    I would leave no stars if that was an option. I had no problem getting the actual tickets to the **** ***** show at the rodeo. The problem I had was I never received the parking pass and called the day before the concert the lady said I was going to receive a link Sunday for the refund it never came and we just ubered instead. I called the very next day and for the next 2 weeks got the same thing we have escalated your case. I finally received an email saying the refund was declined since it was not made during the day of the concert, but I never received the link to get the refund from a day before. 100% guarantee tickets on their website is a joke and will never buy again and urge whoever reads this to do the same, if you want to advertise that on your website then own up to it when their are issues what a horrible experience.

    First time using StubHub to purchase tickets. It was so easy to find the seats I wanted and the prices were great! I also purchased a parking pass which was right at the gate - could not have been better! I will be buying future even tickets using StubHub;)

    This app for buying tickets is terrible. We bought 3 tickets to see Monster Jam and it turns out they sold it for ******** and we live in *******, **********. We had to buy new tickets to see the event at ***********. Because of that mistake, we waited 4 hours before entering the event. We didn't use the tickets and they don't want to refund our money either.saying that it wasn't their problem that they sold me a ticket from another state, my family and I would never trust them again stubHub.

    I had a great experience with buying concert tickets through StubHub! I was a bit nervous to purchase resale tickets at all, but it ended up being a smooth and successful process. The seller sent the tickets over quickly, and I was able to transfer them to my Ticketmaster account with no problem. I know the experience is always different depending on the seller, but I had a great experience and StubHub itself was very easy to use, too. Would recommend!
