      Tickets delivered to incorrect email. Terrible customer service. Lied and didnt help whatsoever Wouldnt recommend using this app or service without extreme caution. Better options available.

      Was the worst ticket agency I have ever delt with I sold tickets on there and after I transferred got a call from a number I couldnt call back when they called again I answered and the women said they never got transferred and and if I didnt resend them they would impose a very big fee for not for filling the order I sent them again and they went threw and she told me I was lucky they went thru the company is a total joke and money is still not in my account 10 days later do yourself a favor and dont use this company

      I bought 1 ticket to a game and the seller didnt send it ro me. After being on hold forever with a customer service *** i was given a different seat that was a horrible seat compared to what i bought. I dont recommend them

      I bought a concert ticket 1 month ago. The event is scheduled 10 days from now. TickPick gives sellers of tickets on their platform up to 24 hours before the event to release the ticket. If your plans change this does NOT allow any time for your to resell the ticket. BUYERS BEWARE!

      I have never used this ticket sales company before. I even checked through my inbox, and have never sent nor received anything from this company, and I do not have an account with them. I received 2 text messages and a phone call informing me that "my tickets" had sold, and that I needed to release them to the buyer. However, I did not even have tickets for that event, and I never made a listing to sell tickets on this website (or any other for that matter). The messages about the "sale" came totally out of the blue. I feel bad for the buyers who must have been scammed out of their ticket purchase.

      Im having troubles with tickpick and their support team, My payout date was september 11th and since then I never received the email to activate my hyperwallet account that was promised. Ive sent multiple emails out and only gotten one response, they are not caring for my matter and seem to be lacking the promised guarantees. I had to wait a total of over 50 mins on hold with their emergency contact line and only received a small update, they claim that by wednesday i should have my money but they cannot promise me.

      Bought from them and spent $400 dollars on two tickets. Never received the tickets and even got confirmation that they were delivered sent to both me and my girlfriend but alas no tickets were in my account. I disputed the charge immediately with my credit card company after a horrible customer service agent named ****** told me that I had no choice and that I was already bound to my tickets. I told her that was a joke and if I didnt have my tickets in my account by a week prior to the game Id dispute. I waited, messaged, and I think 2 or 3 days after the second they finally got back to me saying theres nothing they can do due to the dispute. Well see if they try to actually take my money still but Ill be appealing and fighting this for as long as it takes. TickPick is an absolute joke and the worst ticketing app out. I got the same tickets delivered to me in a matter of hours for half the price the day of the event. TickPick is garbage

      I never got my tickets. I would like to share the conversation I had with the customer resolution person at **********************. ******,I cant tell you how angry and disappointed I am in TickPick. I will never use your service again, and I will communicate my frustration on social media.I brought 5 US Open tennis tickets $1,500 in May. I was informed by your company that the tickets would be available one day before the event. Therefore, the ******* tickets were for Tuesday, August 27th so I was expecting to get the tickets on Monday August 26. Since I was not notified by 12 noon on Monday, I called your company. I was on the phone back and forth with TickPick all afternoon. Still no tickets. So, I called ****** to complain about my experience since I purchased my tickets through them. They informed me that a dispute would be filed immediately. By the way, Im glad I used ******. Subsequent to filing my dispute with ******, I called back to TickPick and spoke with one of your representatives. At that time he quickly told me that he was aware of the dispute that I filed on them, and was not suppose to talk with me. However he indicated he wanted to get this matter resolved. To make a long story short he told me after contacting the sellers of the tickets, TickPick now had possession of the tickets and he would forward them to me if I canceled the dispute with ******. To me, this sounds like a scam. Why would he not just forward the tickets?****** informed me that if the tickets were sent to me the dispute would have automatically canceled. But the TickPick representative said he could not release the tickets until the dispute was canceled. ****** informed me that if the dispute was canceled before I got my tickets and TickPick still did not send me the tickets I could not open up the dispute again. I would have not only been out the tickets but would have also lost all my money.

      Tickpick gladly sold me $1,000 in tickets but when the show got postponed they absolutely would not refund me. They hid their managers from me, would not let me talk to a manager and robotically told me "sorry nothing we can do". I have called several times, and in most cases when the call does not go their way, they simply hang up. Unacceptable and unprofessional.
