Horrible customer service! Like the person below, I am trying to transfer ownership the say log into my account and follow the instructions. I can not log in because it doesnt recognize my email address. You can. and wait then they disconnect after waiting so long. You try emailing and they send you instructions i. how to log on. They dont read the email stating you can not log in. Worst I have dealt with. The person who bought it from me is now requesting a refund because we can not get her an account.

I sold my mirror to someone who can't start their membership because it is registered to me. Mirror tells me I have to re-start a $40/month membership and transfer to the new owner. Only after transfer am I allowed to discontinue membership or else im liable for the year. I feel like im trying to get out of a bad timeshare! I hardly used the mirror, decided to sell it for nothing to help someone out, and I'm still tied to it with obligation to the mirror company and the new owner.. and can't get out of this nightmare. I've been laid off from my job looking for a new one, trying to pair down my living expenses, and the mirror customer service just gives you instructions on how to transfer membership on your own with of course you must have an active one to do so. I should have just thrown the mirror in the dumpster.

Almost exactly the same thing happened to me as it did someone else who wrote a review. Used the Mirror 5x before I became injured. Warranty expired 4months ago. When I went to use it last week for the first time in months I could hear the instructor but could not see anything. Spoke to someone who said the tech team would look into it. A week later get an email saying sorry nothing they can do - would not even send anyone out to look at it. Offered me $500 off a new one with a 2 yr ****************, I still owe $500 on this one!!! Second - right now they're running a promo for $100 with free installation / delivery. How is this taking care of your current customers. Horrible horrible customer relations. If you retail equipment for $1500+ and there is no reason - no wear and tear - no physical damage at all and not "over-used" - you should stand behind your product and fix the problem that is clearly a manufacturer problem

Bought during pandemic - used maybe 5x and then injured myself. when tried for the first time in many many months - would not connect. Contacted tech support and after a week told me the "hardware team" said nothing they could do and my warranty expired . First have no idea what the hardware team did - i never saw anyone. My warranty expired at the end of 2/22 and their fix was to give me a $500 credit towards a new Mirror - ummm - hard no
