      Ive been parking my car in the ******* garage down town ******* for a while an Im consistently having issues first it was a problem with me parking in the garage next someone that works for north western hospital tried to report my car for whatever reason on one side of the garage she was very rude an disrespectful an very intimidating and racist towards me suddenly today I return to my car leaving from work an some one spit on my car I proceeded to talk to security an she was very helpful an understanding however I spoke with **** who suppose to be the supervisor or manager of the garage an he was very rude disrespectful an just straight out unprofessional wasnt helpful at all rude at one point an did not want to give me his name nor did he want to give me the corporate number to his company after he was unwilling to be helpful about the situation this garage has very expensive cars like mine some are more expensive than mine an he told me they dont have cameras in the garage which I find very hard to believe and very crazy if its true I spoke with someone else from abm an was told that she bet he is 100% telling me a lie an proceeded to be helpful as much as she could however I been parking my car for some time in that garage with no problem until recently I work hard for what I own an I take pride in all my possessions I do not bother others things neither do I cause trouble I would like to have this resolved an no more issues in the future with the correct precautions

      I received a parking citation from ABM Parking services on 04/01/22 at a Public lot at ********************************************* lot was adjacent to ************* and was not clearly marked as a pay lot. There was not adequate signage anywhere in the lot that identified it as a pay lot. I was meeting family at the restaurant and had never been to this location.After waiting over 1/2 hr for our dinners, we ate and left and I found a $68 ticket under my wiper blades. That is the first I found out it was a paid lot. There were no visible attendants. There were no obvious signs. I have tried to contact the company but have not received a reply,

      On 3/18/2021 prepaid for parking but the attendant could not read the prepaid ticket that was properly pasted on the dash. Contacted for a resolution to the ticket...they responded not saying that I did not pay, but that the attendant cannot read the ticket. I provided proof of payment and was told the following: Our office has read your appeal and reviewed the documentation provided. The parking lot you used is a private parking lot with signage identifying the parking company, the payment rates and the additional requirements and/or rules for parking on the lot. You must pay for the space your vehicle parked in and you must display the receipt visibly face up on your dash. This is stated on the lot signage and/or on the parking receipt. By not having a receipt displayed properly, the lot attendant was unable to verify prepayment for parking that day and the above PARKING NOTICE was issued. The Notice is upheld, as the posted instructions in the parking lot were not properly followed. WE HAVE BEEN AUTHORIZED TO SETTLE THIS NOTICE FOR $35.00. This reduced amount must be paid within 5 days or the full amount of the Notice will remain due. Please pay the amount stated. Payments by check/money order should be made payable to PRRS and mailed to *************** ****************************************. You may pay by credit/debit card online at prrs.paymynotice.com. *************** ************.Please identify the PARKING NOTICE NUMBER and your LICENSE PLATE NUMBER on ALL communications, including your payment.       We were issued a parking ticket in error. The receipt was on our dash and they did not see it. We submitted an appeal months ago with the proper documentation (picture of paid receipt and picture showing it came out of our bank account) with no response. They do not answer their phone during their posted office hours. They even have the automatic answering response come on that they are closed during the posted open office hours! They do not have an email to get information from.

      I booked a reservation on 2/18/2022 for ******************** Parking from 2/20/2022 to 2/24/2022. Upon booking on the site, I was informed that there would be "Guaranteed access to the parking lot". However, upon entering the lot, I learned that not only were all the spaces for premium parking filled, all the other spaces on all levels were filled. I drove around in vain looking for a space for almost an hour. I asked my wife to call the parking operator to ask what the appropriate course of action was and they instructed me to Park in Lot A since Lot C was full. I did so, but my QR code from my pre-paid reservation was no longer active so I had to pull a ticket. When I called later that day, I was told not to worry and it would be sorted out when I exit lot A and I would not have to pay again. However, when I exited lot A, the attendant called for help and the person on the phone told him I would have to pay again and then get a refund later from the company. They handed me a card with a contact number. However, when I called the number: ************, it went directly to a message saying "subscriber mailbox is full".

      On feb 12th, 2022 2AM we went to the parking ABM and asked the guy in front desk how much it's cost for the parking from Sat feb 12th 2022 at 2 am to sunday feb 13th, 2022 at 12PM he told us 60$ same as the phone app 'spothero' but if we came one minute after 12PM he will charge us an extra. we agreed with him and he wrote on the receite that he put on the car "sunday 12PM". On Feb 13th, 2022 at 11AM we went to thw ABMO parking and gave him the ticket to get our car he told us we need to pay 112$, We told him that we desagree because his collegue told us 60$, then he told us he is new employee and he did a mistake, i told him it's not my fault, he told us you can't have your can until you pay 112$, i call a police to help me get my car, at the time we were waiting a went down to my car to put our bags because there were heavy the second employee came with me and he told me if i take my car he gonna kill me after he pushed me very hard and he pulled my bag and he tore it i was very scared i went up quick to get out og the place and the ***** employee close the door on me, i felt traped and i was very sacry until the police came and ordered them to open the door and he can't trappe me. it's was the night mare for me it's my first time that a had to deal with that situation, I'm visited Manhathan more than 8 times. i found the employees were disrespectful, menacing and violent, my wife was with me and she doesn't want to return to manhattan and above all never to do business with ABM industry. I request reimbursement of the difference of $52 ($112-$60) and compensation for the violence and torn bag.

      Recently parked at the ************************ Parking lot in ****** that is run by ABM Parking services. I have parked there a few times in the last couple months as a family member has moved to the area. I have found the attendant to be rude and the business practices questionable.The sign at the entrance to the lot states "Parking Rates" then "Daily rates begin at 5 am". It then lists the costs for 1/2 hour or less - $7, 1 hour or less - $13, 2 hours or less - $19, 8 hours or less - $23, Over 8 hours $30. It did not state that this does not apply on weekends. This language is positioned at the top of the sign and is the first thing that people see. There is something at the bottom of the sign about the cost for the "day" on weekends. I parked in this lot for 20 minutes and when I went to leave the parking lot I was charged $24. I attempted to discuss and resolve this matter with the attendant. She refused to discuss it and kept telling me to pull forward (out of the lot). The sign at this lot is deceptive, and it has been that way for a period of time based upon the other one star reviews for this lot. ABM should change the sign to state that the hourly rates don't apply on weekends. I will also be reaching out to the city of ****** as ABM operates this lot for the city.

      In September, I parked my car in JFK long term parking. When I returned, on 9/30/2021, my car was damaged. I filed a police report and had a representative from *** long term parking come to the lot to file a report with their insurance company. I have the report they filled out attached to my complaint. When I later called their insurance, ABM has stated that JFK has never submitted the report, which is considered a form of fraud since they must report ALL accidents to their reinsurer. Luckily with the police report (**********) , I am able to have further proof of the accident. I called JFK longterm parking multiple times and have been put through multiple calls and every time I am reconnected or told I will be called back. I need this amount settled as soon as possible. My car has been damaged on their lot and since they are responsible for holding my vehicle and legally are required to have general liability insurance for instances such as this. I had to go through my own insurance to repair my car so I can use it since I have been trying for multiple months to get in touch with JFK longterm parking. I will be satisfied once JFK pays the insurance deductible I paid to repair my car, the amount I paid for a rental during the time of my cars repair, and a refund for the amount I paid to have my car parked for the inconvenience JFK has put me through. I have attached the report their representative has filled out, photos of my cars damages, my parking reservation confirmation, the police report and my enterprise **** as well as my auto body shop ****. Please let me know if any further information is needed. once

      I occured a parking ticket Sept 18, 2021 while I was delivering to a local business.the regular loading zone was under construction and so I parked in a stall and ran inside as fast as I could. I contested the parking ticket and the company sent me a response that held no information beyond how I should have paid for my parking. Then I was sent a delinquent violation notice on Dec 16, 2021. I have since placed many calls to their 866 number during business hours, some we're met with an automatic response saying call back later, and then the line is cut. Some by stating their business hours, which I was calling during and then their line hung up.It seems like they are going to charge me penalties if I don't pay soon, however I have had no chance to contact them, other than automated systema for payment.

      Helped a friend today by taking to his court appearance. We parked at the *** lot by ************. Paid the $12.00 in cash at the machine for 24 hours. Did not receive a receipt. Were in there for about an hour, came back out and had a citation. Another person leaving at the same time. had the same thing going on. They also said they paid but did not receive a receipt. Filed an appeal, Received an email saying to send them a bank statement etc showing the $12.00 If it was cash they could not do anything about it!$45.00 to park for an hour is not right!!!!!We had to input my plate number and all! This should be recognized in their system as being paid even though a receipt was not given!There should be others right behind hopefully filing this same claim!

      Helped a friend today by taking to his court appearance. We parked at your lot by *** ********. Paid the $12.00 for 24 hours. Did not receive a receipt. Were in there for about an hour, came back out and had a citation. Another person leaving at the same time. had the same thing going on. They also said they paid but did not receive a receipt. 

      I have no tickets or anything on my license. I am hoping you can resolve this issue!
