I used ABM Parking Services to park my car in their ** location. A valet received the car from me, noted any damages, and parked it. After 3 days, I went to their facility again to collect my car. A valet brought my car back to me. Upon receipt of my car, I found a damage on it which was not there earlier. We compared against what they had noted in their records, and indeed it was not there earlier. I filled the damage form and was told someone would contact me for reimbursement of my damage. To-date, no one has contacted me. I tried calling their number *************), but no one picks up and there is no voicemail option.Customer response

I parked my car in the River Haus garage on 09/29/2021 at approximately 5:45pm. and returned to the garage around 8:30pm. I approached the pay station to pay for my exit ticket and realized I needed my license plate number. I walked to my car to get it and saw that I had a ticket on my windshield for "non-payment". I paid for my parking anyway and chose to appeal. Before leaving my friend and I walked around the garage and took pictures of the signs, none of which say that parking must be paid first instead of when leaving. I submitted my appeal along with the photos of the garage signs and my paid parking receipt. I received an email that my claim was denied but reduced to the daily parking rate. There was a comment that the reason for the denial was "non-payment", which is false, I paid, and that "there are multiple signs throughout the garage noting to pay first", which is also false. I have paid the ticket to avoid further penalties. This business is clearly committing fraud.Initial Complaint

I parked in a lot and paid with my credit card at the kiosk. I show I was charged for the parking. I have since received a parking notice stating, I parked and did not pay- wanting to charge me an additional $70. I submitted a copy of my bank statement charge as proof of my payment. I also called and spoke to PRRS. My bank stated the information I provided was sufficient for the lot to confirm my payment. PRRS who is collecting funds for ABM said they would be willing to reduce the charge to $35. However, I already paid for the service and feel this is a scam.Customer response
