      We parked at their lot on ****************************************. The only option was to use a QR code to pay for our parking space, but it wouldn't process our payment for 2 hours after repeated attempts over that period of time. Finally, one of our attempts succeeded, but when we returned, a parking notice was on my windshield. Per the ticket, I emailed abmappeals email to appeal the fine, after which I got an auto-reply saying I hadn't included enough information. I included all of what they asked for, including a zip file of screen shots from my phone including time stamps for trying to pay. I never received any response to let me know whether my appeal was accepted or per their threat whether I'd be served a notice from a 3rd party collection agency, so a few weeks later, I replied to my original email to ask for a status update and got the same auto responder. So, I guess I just get to wait and hope. Unprofessional. Don't park there. I guess that's why there were so many available spots.

      They accepted me in 2021, 2022, and twice in 2023. They have not asked me to go back in despite even recently reapplying late August and they turned it down. Not sure why the sudden bias of accepting others first despite having more qualifications in experience.

      I took my two young children to ********* on Sunday July 14th 2024. I parked in the ********** at **************** located at ********************************* and read all the signage available and consented to the $22 flat rate for Sunday parking by parking in the lot. After 4 hours I returned and was surprised that I was being billed $40 instead of the $22. I pressed the help button and the representative stated a sign must not have been up yet when I initially parked saying it was $40 for the ****** game. I feel doped and like ABM stole money from me. This is a truth in advertising scam that shouldn't be allowed.

      Since our team started working 4 years ago, ABM (the **** division) has always taken WEEKS to provide us a date and time for our preventative maintenance service calls when we put in a service request. We get an automated email saying it will be handled shortly, but we often won't receive any actual planning correspondence whatsoever for literally weeks; sometimes never. We have often had to keep sending reminders that we have made a service request. More often than not, we have had to push back our original ask date (which starts a month out). This has resulted in frequently missed maintenance deadlines. This makes working with ABM unsustainable, at least for our **** maintenance.

      ABM and the city of ** is taking advantage of citizens unaware of the astronomical pricing charges now associated with airports. Historically there was long and short term parking and now, with no direct communication about changes to patrons coming to the airport they gauge you $90 a day.Citizens cannot afford this charge and ABM and the airport are taking advantage of the lack of awareness and completely unwilling to help folks where this is their first time becoming aware.I hope a class action lawsuit comes to a head with all of these businesses involved. It is completely unethical whats happening.

      Parked in a large open lot in *******. This was a large lot with multiple driveways, the driveway I entered didn't have any signage that it was a paid lot. I parked, ran into a coffee shop, and when I came back to my car, I received 2 separate tickets for the exact same time, 1 for $35 and 1 for $50, totaling $85. When trying to contact the company to figure out why there were 2 tickets, they weren't open at the times listed on the ticket. Additionally, there is no contact information listed on their website, no phone numbers or email. When I was finally able to get a human on the phone, I was given a gmail account to email. They said one ticket was for the cost to park in the lot for the day and the other ticket was for not paying in the first place. This seems like a huge scam.

      Received a citation for parking in one of their parking stalls. They claimed my tire was over a line and fined me $60 on a $10 ticket. Private property does not have fining or taxing authority. When I called them they refused to show me any agreement that allowed them to issue fines to me and then they yelled at me and told me "Pay the fine or we will destroy your credit" then the hung up the phone an blocked me. I did not raise my voice or show anger, I was simply asking questions about making sure I was obligated on the ticket. Horrible way to run a business.

      Terrible company I would like to give 0 stars. I have 3 days I need to pay an expensive debt. I received a call from someone name **** that interviewed me and scheduled me for a second interview 40 miles away the next day. Well! She didnt respond to my calls or text the next day. I missed out on money and when I went to the place of interview nobody was there to even interview me. Waste of money and time. Thanks! ****

      Parked there for a minute to go grab wallet left at near bye store to come back and pay and second I got to sidewalk person wrote a $35 parking fee and a $20 no payment fee. This company needs to be closed and kicked out of every state. How can you charge for both when it was literally 2 minutes from parking. I submitted an appeal figured they would waive at least one of the fees but no. This is just my initial start to make sure this company goes away. I will be contacting the *************** also and ****************.
