      4/10/2024 My family and I went to Billy Beez today in ********** in ******, ** as we do often and have for years. There was an incident with our 5 year old autistic ADHD son and two other girls there. He said something that the girls didn't like and they grabbed the employee (maybe the manager?).The employee then angrily yelled at my son and wife that he was being mean, yelling, and being racist. My son does not know what racism is and has never been around it. He's 5.The employee berated us, shamed us and my son, and kicked us out. He followed us to make sure we left. Treating us with gross disdain. These actions were a gross act of overreaction. I want a refund for today and contact by the business with an apology.

      Horrible **************** at ********************** ************** I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the customer service I received at the ********************** Bees location at ********* on March 31, 2024.My experience at this establishment was nothing short of disappointing, and I feel compelled to bring this matter to your attention.First and foremost, I was appalled by the lack of responsiveness from the staff at Billy Bees once I booked my sons 2nd birthday party online. Despite numerous attempts to reach out via phone calls and text messages to confirm and coordinate, my inquiries went unanswered but my deposit for the party was taken without question. This lack of communication as his mother left me feeling neglected, confused and frustrated concerning my sons birthday.Furthermore, the cleanliness of the facility was subpar. The place was filthy, and it was evident that proper maintenance and hygiene standards were not being upheld. This not only created an unpleasant environment for patrons but also raised concerns about health and safety.Not to mention, feeling embarrassed that my family and friends complained to me about the filth in the bathrooms.In addition to the issues mentioned above, there were significant errors in my order and issues overall. The staff at Billy Bees forgot about my pizza order, causing unnecessary delays and inconvenience. At 5:30 pm, I was told my package was only for 90 minutes and the party started at 4:30 pm.At about that same time, my significant other was given a hard time to get in with our son, THE BIRTHDAY BOY.Even when I went out, I was given a hard time to get them in because employees were not ******* the front entrance. Moreover, when I asked for additional water in pitchers, I was told the children already received their bottles of water (1 each).Would it have cost any employee other than 3 minutes to just add ice and tap water into a pitcher (ITS FREE!)?To add insult to injury, the goody bags for the children, part of the package paid for, were never received, further adding to the disappointment of the experience.Overall, my visit to Billy Bees at ********* was marred by a series of failures in customer service, cleanliness, and order fulfillment. I believe that these issues are indicative of a larger problem with the management and operations of the establishment.I kindly request that you investigate this matter and take appropriate action to address these concerns. Customers deserve to receive quality service and a positive experience when patronizing businesses, and the shortcomings I encountered at Billy Bees are unacceptable.Thank you for your attention to this matter.       Date of transaction was 3/18/2024, or earlier for a birthday party package. We arrived around 5:15 to decorate and all. I had a gut feeling most of the things they made claims of providing wouldnt happen- I wanted to get my money back because we paid $309+ taxes for absolutely two pairs of socks for kids and two cold pizzas. No host, no kids, they didnt decorate. Stuff was on the floor under that ***** where it was obviously just used. At 6:30, the manager and another woman came in. The manager said she cant refund my money but she could have at the front counter. What? She offered to give a free party in 2024, and I truthfully dont even want jf sigh his things went. We were given two pitchers of docs for free of our choice- Id like to pay for what services I used: 2 cold pizzas, and two pairs of socks and be refjnddd the remainder. Ill give you a card it can be refunded to because the other one paid with was closed for fraud. They tried to get us to let them bring random kids in there, i guess so they conks use the services. I did not comply nor agree. My son turned 5, and has autism. Additionally its a LEIVATE ROOM TOO EH? Nope, the other side kept peeking in. Just cannot believe the manager felt j wasnt the refund to begin with. Heres photos of the party. My heart hurts so much for my baby boy

      I wanted a refund upon entering the space and seeing how disgustingly dirty the place was. The excuse given was they had been open 2 hours. The staff was all incredibly rude. They may need to just start fresh here do and intensive cleaning and then hire new capable staff. unfortunately all my images are too large to upload but would be happy to send them directly

      I booked a deluxe birthday party which included a party host, birthday shirt, & free admission for next visit, and not received. Services received were the worst ever experienced. I was asked to come an hour early, and had to sit there & wait almost 30 minutes before I was greeted & taken to the party room. When I walked into the room, I noticed that there was a hole in the wall where an outlet or a light switch may have been, there was a very large wire inside the hole, had a child stuck their hand in the hole they could have been seriously injured, the place was filthy and so was the rest room. We had bottled waters missing, place settings missing, goodie bags were short, the staff was rude, I didn't have enough chairs or tables for the adults and children to sit and was told that the adults aren't accommodated just the children. However, every other party that I saw had enough chairs and tables for everyone. I ordered 5 pizzas (6 cut each) and was told that they could cut them into a 12 cut, which they never did, so we had to wait 15 minutes for someone to come to the room with a pizza cutter and then they only cut two pizzas in every box, not all 6 pieces. Other children that were not part of our event, were coming in and out of our party room taking drinks & trying to walk out with my daughters presents. An employee came in while I was helping my daughter ****** presents, stood in my face waving a clip *************** in my face. Two of the other parents were shocked, I was embarrassed. When I told the women about the missing bottles of water and the kids coming in and stealing stuff, she pretty much told me it wasn't her problem. They also never came in to take out the garbage, so we had to start putting garbage in a box that i brought with me to transport stuff that I brought to the party. We were given a 5-minute warning to leave the ********* family started helping us get stuff to the car & then also cleaned the room, for fear that we would be charged.

      On Dec 2nd my son had his 6th birthday party here he was so excited it was a disaster..I will list everything it will easier there's so many 1-arrived at **** for our party we booked at 115 no bathroom available blocked off it never opened 2-didnt get a party room till 1:20 3- received no party planner to assit no socks I had 22 guest and only 10 plates 10 spoons didn't take my cake had to ask 4- party starts at 115 guest arrive at 1 let me know by text all in line 1 st guest didn't get to the party room till ********************* line till 215 party room ended at 315 5-no one ever came to assit as a party planner the entire except to tell us to let the room at *********************************************************************************** on time and none of my guest got to eat I requested a pizza at the Cafe since I had to planner to get it it was going to take 45 mins and my guest had less then an hour we had no time for presents my son missed playing with all his I paid for these things and didn't get them I can go on and on but I'm just getting so upset thinking of my little boy having the disaster of party having to walk out into the mall to pee because the bathroom didn't work and miss time playing time this is unacceptable if they are short staffed don't book parties you can't attend to kids get so excited for the party to have this happen

      The date was 9/18/23 a Monday. Upon arriving 2 woman were sitting behind counter on their phones. I was made aware 1 was management. Anyways I had never been there so they told me about the place said there's a trampoline and all kinds of fun stuff inside. However, upon going inside the place was filthy! I mean dirty tissues w blood on it, nasty dirty bandaids **** to the mats and floors. The trampoline was broken as well as the ball shooters. The place was really a dump. After 5mins I went to the manager and requested a refund because I only had enough money to take my child ton1 place in the mall to play. And he wasn't happy in there. He couldn't bounce. My son went down like 3 slides n was done. I overheard the manager talking about I was crying bc it was dirty..just totally inappropriate and did NOTHING to resolve my issues. Wouldn't give me my money back so my sons time was ruined. It was ridiculous. I had to pay for myself when I wasn't even doing anything but watching my child. All the yrs of customer service I've worked in I have never and would never treat someone like that nor would I have a fun place for kids to play be soo filthy n disgusting. They didn't even sweep the floors smh. I'm hoping something can be done..yall need better employees or just shut it down bc it's gross there. I will never go to another 1 of these establishments.

      I booked a party room on April 30th of 2023 in Billy Beez and got the deluxe package. I have the contract that was given at the time of booking for a total of 482.31$ and had to make a deposit on the day of booking for about half and what was left to pay on the day of the event was 241.18$ as the contract shows. When the day of the party came, the women never said anything and said there was a left balance I had to pay and me assuming it was the 241.18$ I gave my credit card and noticed after being charged that I was charged double the price. When I said something about it they told me they apologize and that I would have to call their department that handles that. These guys never pick up the phone and they basically have a scam going on with the party rooms. They stole money from me and I need this resolved, before I involve legal matters and have the law handle this situation. I am owed 446.36$.

      **************** ** at 6:30pm. I was refused entry because I was told that the cashier is closed. Spoke to the manager on duty and I explained to her that my family is inside. My grandson is celebrating his birthday and he was waiting for me, his grandmother to spend his special day however your manager refused to sell me a ticket to enter. I waited for 2 hours outside until my family came out. Please explain your policy about closure. It is extremely disappointing to receive such uncaring and insensitive customer service from your manager on duty. I also observed that other clients were refused entry. Perhaps your staff do not your business model of bringing revenue and value to Billy Beez. I would appreciate more clarification on your managers decision. *** - Manager made her rounds inside and told other clients to leave.

      To whom it may concern, i am currently writing this email with lots of anger and disappointment! I booked your ultimate package for my sons 2nd birthday back in February for the date of March 26th. Party was scheduled for 3:30pm. I spoke with your manager ***** numerous times leading up to the actual day of the party. Once arriving at the facility around 3:10pm I called ***** to ask a question and was told FYI your party has been pushed back to 4:20, I asked why, hes response it wasnt my fault, the first party was late so it pushed the next party back, so theres nothing else I can do but extend your time. I arrived inside the facility at 3:20 to speak with ***** he explained again that this was out of his control and there was nothing he could do, that in fact they had to close the cafe because the party had ordered up so much food that there was nothing left, BUT MY PIZZAS WERE DONE AND READY! He explained but the party was still in the room and we could not get in until around 4:20. At 4:20 my party made our way to the back room once inside the room was completely dirty and we were told we could not be in there we would have to get out until they cleaned he said again the room would be ready at 4:20 I stated its already 4:20, again he says its not my fault but we will extend your time.. we finally got in the room at 4:45 in which ***** says its not completely ready but you guys can go in.. to which there was NO HOST, which is what he said I was paying for! When they brought our pizzas around 5pm (which had been sitting since 3pm) every last one of them were burnt, I had stayed calm with this whole situation up until this point! I went to ***** and demanded he get this fixed right now, I showed him a picture of the pizzas and his response wow those were not like that when they came out the oven, give me one second this place was chaotic there were maybe 3 employees that I saw ***** looks very dis shuffled he cant seem to get it together, he comes and says theyll get us new pizzas. In 15 minutes there were new pizzas that were undercooked I could not allow my party to eat this mess in fear of a child getting sick I had now 16 hungry children waiting for food! ***** comes in the room and asks did we notice the pizzas turning color in the box, states they get darker as they are in the box! Wow, thats the best he could come up with. It is now 6pm and we have not seen any of the employees since they brought pizzas. On top of it all there is no time for us to have the room for any extended amount of time this place closes at 7 so again without ever seeing another employee we got nothing that came with this package Host, shirt, socks, burnt and undercooked pizzas (which we left right there) absolutely nothing but chaos for $780 at this point I am demanding my complete refund..
