On March 5, 2022, my 5 year old son had a birthday party at Billy Beez at *********** in ********, **. My son was very excited and had a bathroom accident in his pants. It was absolutely necessary for me to leave the establishment to purchase a pair of pants and underwear. I left my son in the care of his father. While I approached the exit, I saw my brother in law was waiting at the exit as well. I found out that one of my son's guests was having difficulty finding the location of Billy Beez. My brother in law needed to leave to help the guest find the location of the party in the large mall. The manager told him he could not leave, and if he did he would not be able to re-enter the party. I could hear the manager saying to my brother in law that it was his decision to not let anyone out and basically too bad. The manager quickly turned and left as I walked closer to the exit. This is where I tell the door attendant that I need to leave because my son wet his pants and it was necessary to go buy a clean pair of pants. The attendant told me that I could not leave. In response I ask him if it is Billy Beez intention to force my son to endure his birthday party with urine in his pants? I also mentioned the health hazard to the other children regarding my son playing on the equipment at Billy Beez with urine soaked pants. The door attendant again told me no and that he didn't want to go against what his manager said. I told him that he will open the door right at that moment, that he is being inhumane and putting other children at risk. I demanded to talk to the manager who had conveniently disappeared. At this point the employee from the party desk came over to "text' the manager. I again demanded they let me out. I was told I have to wait for the manager. Meanwhile my son is sitting in urine soaked pants and underwear at his birthday party. The manager did not respond. I was allowed to leave. The counter in the party room was filthy, not clean as per the contract.Customer response

I would like a partial refund due to breach of contract. The contract states that the room would be cleaned before we arrived (it was not cleaned and it was filthy). The contract does not state that hosts and guests are not allowed to leave the premises once they have checked in.
There are code / health violations like clogged ***** filled toilets.
There are human rights violations like not allowing me to leave the premises to buy clean clothes for my son who wet his pants. They expected him to utilize their recreational facilities with urine in his pants, exposing other children to contact with bodily fluids.
All allegations can be confirmed by witness statements.

So glad Im reading about others experience at the ********** ** billy beez. Interaction with the 1 & only cashier she was nice but over whelmed she was the only one. We also tried to ask for Wi-Fi because my friends phone wasnt working dont know if she was just over whelmed but she ignored us. From there we continued on to play. There were no play attendants in the whole place I mean I did not see not 1. Next was the bathroom out of 10 stalls one maybe 2 were usable. F**** and toilet paper everywhere. The sinks were filthy the soap dispensers did not work there was 1 bottle of store bought soap on the counter and the pump was clogged. I let the cashier at the front know she seemed bothered. I returned to bathroom about 30 min later same thing. So I just told my 3 year old to potty in her pull up cuz there was no way I was letting my child sit on those seats not even with a toilet cover. Next we wanted to get some snacks the line was long and they only had one little old lady back there she was nice but slow and it was a very busy day. I tried the bathroom again now an hour later and it was still disgusting. Worst of all I was on my monthly and need a little extra bathroom time. I had to cut my play time short and use the mall bathroom which usually is gross but in comparison to the the condition of the billy bees bathroom it was way better. and get mall food. Due to your no re entry policy that was it. I was truly disappointed. There was no staff anywhere. I didnt even bother asking for a manager it was clear there were only two people there and they were clearly overwhelmed I googled your corporate number and couldnt find a working number I definitely want a refund. I will not be returning to this particular location even though its the closest. It was clearly understaffed I get it but the condition of the bathroom was horrific. Especially for a place for kids as you know they touch everything its was just unacceptable.Business response

Outreach has been made to this customer to further discuss her feedback and request and we have been unsuccessful at reaching her. An email was sent to her directly to request a time to speak with her. She has not responded. Our customer service department must speak with the client to further assist with her feedback and request.

I paid a deposit of 158.73 on 7/19/21 to book a party for 8/28/21 at 11am for Will Meadows. A representative from Billy Beez called at approximately 10:40am on 8/28/21 to cancel the party and informed me they would reach out to me at a later date for more information. Billy Beez has not attempted to contact me. I have attempted to reach out to Billy Beez several times through email, phone calls and voicemail messages with no reply. I feel I am entitled to a full refund of my deposit.Business response
