    Horrible company destroy people's lives make them suffer if you get injured on the job and the boss lies under oath and hauppauge workerscomp judges allow it and then all you get is denial after denial RIP your body apart shoulders arms legs and try to put back together almost 2 years later that's malpractice put you in debt and make sure you lose your home and your family mental physical abuse financial destruction this cant go on no more and Amtrust needs a multi suit and put them in the street in debt and go live with family or in the street sick evil company justice must be served ***** gronbach ****** destroyed my husband's right dominant shoulder and she will not get away with this I want her sued and fired period and workerscomp in hauppauge investigated how many familys have these people destroyed sick evil entities drink to much everyone must come forward if you was destroyed by Amtrust and hauppauge ny workerscomp judges this is no joke anymore must stop what is done in the dark must come to light they all go down like dominos or a chess board and make some serious moves dont play with these demonic sick people something wrong with them all evil cant touch chosen ones from god we are here to seek justice and will get it god hired me who gonna fire me.

    This company is horrible to work with. They should be investigated for improper billing practices and their Audit Representative K.yle. S.tur.geon is a classic example of young kid (20 some) thinking they are in a position of power who likes to speak to customers in degrading and unprofessional manners. We estimated our payroll to be higher than actual so we would get a discount later. We cancelled our policy with AMTRUST and they re-instated the policy over a month later without anyone knowing, thereby increasing out bill with additional fees. They then added an audit fee, which is not disclosed on any forms, terms or paperwork we signed a fee of $284. This company knowingly incorrectly bills, invoices and then refuses to acknowledge their failures, instead... they send a letter saying we haven't gotten payment yet. Good luck talking to a supervisor... apparently, they decide if they want to talk to you.

    We have a ********* comp policy with this company they owe us a refund due to an audit and they are slow walking the audit it has been 8 weeks since submitting the audit and still not done. We are filing a complaint with state as well. We are now also looking at taking our business elsewhere

    terrible company. avoid at all costs. impossible to cancel policy then refused to backdate cancellation; gave incomplete and incorrect information when trying to cancel. spent hours and hours and hours trying to resolve issues caused by them.

    This company first improperly billed me for $6000, then adjusted it to $1000, which I paid. They then billed me again, months later. I just paid $569 on a policy that I canceled and paid off in March. Amtrust had the gall to bill me yet again and send this claim to collections. In order to prevent damage to my credit score and get them off my back I made the payment, but I have never worked with such a duplicitous company in my life. Do not use this company.

    Horrible insurance service. I was reared ended by a company vehicle insured with Amtrust on 9/29. My claim didn't even have an adjuster assigned until 10/5. However, the adjuster would never answer the phone or return any voicemails. I was then given the phone number of a supervisor who also never answered calls or returned voicemail. I ended up going two weeks without a functioning car just to end up using my own insurance. I couldn't imagine dealing with these people if I didn't have full coverage.

    This company is terrible. They've charged my small business for not completing an audit but the website won't allow us to submit the audit. We are unable to talk with an agent.

    Worst Insurance. customer servcie agents do not return phone calls or emails. After years of paying premiums, I got dropped after filing a claim. Now my vehicle has been done at the shop for 3 days and they will not return the phone calls to approve final payment.

    I was intervened by *********************************, a hiring manager there at that company. From the very begging, the time he walked out to get me, he didnt smile, he was so serious and seemed to be in a bad mood. Little did I know the entire time he was judging me. During the interview process, instead of interviewing me he focused on Evey negative thing he possibly could about me. I hope they accidentally sent me this, but I received an email from them with a scorecard and comments from the interview on what he thought of me. All the comments were so negative and nit picky. He then scored 1-5 my Motivation Communication Willingness to learn Teamwork work Problem solving Organization He gave me a rating of no more than 3 on all of them, mostly he gave me a 1 and 3 meaning very poor and poor. Pretty much saying my characteristics sucked. What I dont understand is how someone can base your characteristic off of a 30 min interview like that. Those traits take along time and working with that individual to learn those things. Anyways, he was very unprofessional and negative didnt say one positive thing about me. He has something wrong with him, and was in a bad mood. Not even giving me a chance. I was far more qualified to work there thank some of the people they have already hired. Not to mention I was a referral from a really good friend that was sure Id get the job. I dont think he should be holding interviews anymore with his negative attitude towards people and the nit picky attitude he has. This was not constructive criticism, but only his own negative bad opinions about me. This is so anyone else being interviewed can be on the lookout for this guy. All the people I known that work there said. Omg, that was cruel and unjust. They never received any feedback like that or were so poorly judged based on 30 mins.

    My 93 year old father has a private caregiver. He was assisted with a bookkeeper to set up a workers compensation policy through this company. I am his POA and review all of his bills. With no warning, I saw he had received a **** for over $1900 and had paid it. When I inquired about the **** they said it was for non compliance of an audit, which was never received by him. This discovery was made in JULY of 2021. It took months for a human to tell me what he needed (which was simply a set of numbers I had at hand) and I am still being told that the refund is going to happen somewhere in the future. The communications with the staff has been disappointing and they would not show me any signed documentation that indicates that these surprise audits can occur. This is especially dangerous / upsetting when dealing with an older person who has some confusion. It borders on elder abuse.
