    I was seeking a business loan through the company called Flexibility Capital. They were able to secure a loan for me through a lender named Credibly. They went over terms and conditions with me and I signed paperwork but their verbiage was misleading. I was told that I can pay off the loan for a discount so I don't end up paying so much in finance charges. I just took out the loan on March 21st, 2024. I received funding the following day I noticed that when I went to the Credibly site to figure out how to make advance payments I saw that I had a merchant account set up and there was no ability to make payments. It gets drafted from my business account. The initial loan was for $15,000. I knew the interest charges were going to be high but when I asked them how can I pay off the loan quicker they said I would now need to pay the payoff of $22,000. If they mentioned that or stated that in the contract it was very misleading. I would have never signed a contract to be $7,000 in finance charges. I called to complain explaining this is not what I signed up for. Please help. I still have the money in my business account.

    Merchant was originally given terms and a contract for a 8 Month Flex approval... He did not like the terms, so we clearly outlined and presented an updated 15 Month approval from Credibly both cheaper and longer term. The terms and the payback clearly outlined to the merchant and very clear on the contracts which he signed. The payback was outlined on the first page and given to the merchant verbally both by our agents and Credibly on the funding call. He was told he would be given the opportunity the prepay the loan for a discount. Our agents were very clear about the cost of the funding as was credibly and the contracts which he signed and read.

    I don't even own a company and they continue to call, text, and email me 1-2 times per week for months now. Even after I have opted out, and told them on the phone I do not own a business.If they disrespect someone this much who doesn't owe them money, I can only imagine what they would do to someone who does. Just yesterday 1/16 I told them over the phone I do not own a business and to stop calling me, and then today I get a Text from the company asking me to use their company for a business loan. I have asked them to remove me or opted out no less than 8 times over the past few months. I have finally gotten so sick of hearing from them I am starting to post reviews in hopes of them removing me from their data base.

    This is a canned answer,  they need to be held accountable and fined for their breach of ethics.  They clearly have no remorse and will continue harassing people becasue they believe they are above the law, by way of dancing on the line of decency and preying on businesses that believe they are a lifeline, when they are actually (if you read the fine print) no better than a back alley loan shark.
