    Company or someone signed me up for an account without my permission. I have received countless emails asking for a password reset. The companies fraudulent practice of signing up non-consenting members is unethical and likely illegal. The company refuses to work with me and has incorrect information about me.

    Company Won't Even Work With Me to Resolve Issues I'm the Finance Officer of a company. I have been put as a contributor on the account. We always constantly have issues with Payoneer. They only respond to emails and tickets by saying on the account owner can contact us. They seriously expect the CEO to personally handle matters? It takes weeks of back and forth and the customer support chat takes forever and is terrible. No way any serious company should ever consider using this service.

    I believe Payoneer **** is complicit in enabling scammers. I discovered I had been scammed and contacted Payoneer within an hour, requesting them to stop the payment. They initially assured me that the payment would be stopped. However, 14 hours later, I received an email stating that the payment had been successfully processed.I was furious and contacted their customer service again, asking why they didnt stop the payment as promised. They claimed ignorance and pretended to assist, even telling me I would receive an email confirming the payment had been stopped. That email never came.I continued following up with them, only to have my account abruptly closed. This action effectively barred me from pursuing the matter further. This behavior is absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional.I want to warn others to exercise extreme caution when dealing with Payoneer. Based on my experience, I do not believe this company can be trusted.

    It has worked so far, very very but very abusively, not only with their fee, but also with ghost fees, duplicated fees, etc.... Currently looking for another method of receiving payments for remote working.

    Payoneer enabled a vendor to defraud me of a total of $27,900 USD over 8 transactions. Upon review they said that only 1 of the 8 might be possible to refund, which is unacceptable.If Payoneer is going to be a platform facilitating payments, they must be held responsible when fraudsters use their platform to cheat people out of money.If Payoneer does not fully refund all my money, I will be filing a complaint with the state of NY.I'm sure the new incoming presidential administration would be interested in investigating further how Payoneer is enabling criminal activities, potentially leading to them being shut ******* customer ID is ********.

    Worst Customer Service On The Planet! I've been dealing with Payoneer for 5 years, whether through my personal account or company I work with (Payroll Consultant), most of the time whenever there are delays they never provide time frames of solutions, sometimes days and others months. In this situation it's been very very very disheartening because my transaction is completed on my account and another person's account as well, (we have the same issue), which should reflect to our bank accounts in 1-2 business days, we haven't received our hard earned money so we reach out to payoneer customer service to be surprised by their answer, their bank is requested FROM THEM additional information regarding my payment, my account is verified, all the verification center is approved with contracts and invoices, suddenly the banks dont trust payoneer? or is it my account? they refuse to give information, they refuse to give me a time frame for a resolution while I have bills to pay, serious ones. no matter how many times I call regarding my "complete" payment, they reply with "I can see that there was a request for additional information about your payment from our bank.We are in the process of providing the information and resolving the request.Once we have an update, we will make sure to contact you and update you as soon as possible."No time frame, no comforting the customer, nothing to help at all, this is by far the worst experience I have had with a "bank" and I will recommend to other companies estimating their headcount 5000+ to move away with payoneer and provide them with this scenario, NO ONE IS SAFE!!!

    You could call Payoneer all you want but you wont get to anyone. You could use Live Chat all you want, but you cant and if you dared to use it you have to sign in??? Hold on, pause What if I cant get into my account because my information has entirely changed? I am locked out completely. Other companies can fix over a simple Live Chat. But Payoneer cant?? Hmmm What if someone has an account issue but cant login because of a glitch? Theyre suppose to hope for the best and try to login to only lock themselves out even more? And what if Forgot Password goes to a Nonexistent Email? Theres not a single individual who can simply change the email on file so they can try to attempt to get in that way? Even if you the contact support have verified maybe an old phone number, DOB, and account connection to a vendor? *************** More like Automated Messaging. Oh then the redundant 1999 Contact Form that you submit and it could take up to a week for anyone to respond. Only for them to tell you everytime they dont have an ounce of a solution. **************

    This company is a fraud financial institution. They ambiguous customer service canceled my account over false pretense of violation of terms and services. I say false because they could not tell me exactly which terms I violated. Then they said my account was under review for a matter of 10 days. When a real financial institution like my bank sees fraud activity, it usually takes under an hour for them to communicate with me and clear the issue up. I can only assume they are withholding the money to make revenue off of interest as they delay, solving any problems. I even spoke to a supervisor in an escalated call, and he gave me the same script as the employee before him they are not allowed to discuss which terms and services were violated. This company should be investigated.
