    Horrible experince with their sales associate ***************************, who was extremely rude speaking over a potential client, using F' bombs then threatening retaliation on leaving any negative feed back on a text message. Man, these guys are really rude even after speaking with the manager *****, who also refused to stop talking after telling him "I have a customer here, I got to go" yet still blabbing when I hung. These guys do not listen, and bagger you into closing a predatory loan.I was threated that 50 of their agents would destroy my business if I left a poor review. I am pretty sure this is coercion, but that is for the ** District attorney to determine, which is my next step.

    Upon reviewing all call recordings, it was found that the only individual using vulgar language during the conversation was the client, who continually interrupted the representative and prevented them from speaking. Our representative contacted the client for a follow-up, but the client responded with vulgar language and threats towards our staff. Despite efforts from our manager to defuse the situation, the client persisted with abusive language and threatened to leave damaging reviews. In addition to their abhorrent behavior, it's worth noting that their demands were completely unreasonable and unrealistic. It seems they were operating under the misguided belief that their abrasive attitude would somehow entitle them to special treatment. However, such behavior only serves to alienate and repel any semblance of sympathy or understanding. This unjust review does not reflect a genuine experience. As a business, we value every customer and strive to provide the highest level of service possible. However, there are certain lines that cannot be crossed, and abusive behavior is one of them. It's regrettable that we were unable to meet this individual's expectations, but it's even more regrettable that they chose to handle the situation in such a deplorable manner. Our legal team will address this matter regarding slander. In conclusion, I would strongly advise others to steer clear of any dealings with this individual. Their conduct is not only reprehensible but also indicative of a profound lack of respect for others. It's my sincere hope that they will take this opportunity to reflect on their behavior and strive to be better individuals in the future. As for our business, we will not be held hostage by threats and intimidation, and we will continue to prioritize the well-being and satisfaction of our valued customers.
