Hi There This is final notice. I have been contacting the BBB for well over two years about the illegal and fraudulent business practices at this so called bank current. In those two years you have accomplished zero. You can use any excuse in the book but when thousands and thousands of people all have filed similar complaints and your organization does get government funding you are liable.,not just for ignoring everything but for being fools. I have spoken with my lawyer, well my entire family are lawyers, and you guys will be dragged to court for allowing this ponzi company to operate after I have provided more evidence then anyone on earth that the claims department never even investigated one claim (even have affidavits from the other party that not one was ever contacted) yet they denied them..I have yet to even see one piece of evidence supporting their decision. They have also, not just once but over 15 times been late in applying my social security as I am mentally disabled, into my account. They can use every excuse in the book but I have transfer receipts from the government not to mention everyone alive received their benefits today and my lawyer even spoke to their clearing bank to confirm. You have until Monday to explain over two years of incompetence or I assure you that I will drag your entire team to court Happy Hoiidays **** * ***********Business Response

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and frustration with a recent issue I encountered with my paycheck advance account. On 12/18/2024, I was shocked to discover that my account was charged $500, which was withdrawn to repay my paycheck advance. I went to go retrieve my paycheck advance and my eligibility for the paycheck advance was subsequently revoked. I have consistently paid back my paycheck advance on time every month, as agreed, and I have never missed a payment. The service I received from your bank up until this point led me to recommend your services to friends and family, as I was under the impression that your bank was trustworthy and ******* make matters worse, when I reached out for clarification, I was told there was nothing your team could do to resolve the issue or assist me in any way. This has left me feeling scammed and deceived, especially given my history of responsible payments and loyalty to your institution. The $500 withdrawal has caused me significant financial strain, and I find it unacceptable that my hard-earned money was taken without warning or explanation.I request an immediate investigation into this matter and a full resolution, including the reversal of the $500 charge and the reinstatement of my paycheck advance eligibility. I expect a prompt response and clear explanation of what transpired, as well as compensation for any undue inconvenience caused by this situation.Business Response

I had tried to add to my Apple Cash balance $185.31 and apple refunded it. A month had passed and I didnt receive the refund so I disputed the charge with Current on 11/27/24. Current denied the dispute even though I provided MULTIPLE receipts and proof showing it was refunded. This is a fraudulent company. DO NOT BANK WITH CURRENT.Business Response

I had filed a dispute several weeks ago for a transaction in the amount of $1300. I had provided to their fraud dispute department more than adequate proof that the money was paid via check by another agency. I even included the check showing the recipient was paid in full. As usual their fraud dispute team didnt even investigate the matter as I confirmed this with the agency that paid the person and yet they said they saw no proof of any wrongdoing. I have no idea how you they let such an ignorant fraud bank operate in this country. I demand reimbursement in full and an investigation as to how a claim department doesnt even do actual investigations.Business Response

I am a senior. I opened an email from a "financial services. This came from ******. Basically thought this was a payday loan which I needed to replace front tires on my car in serious condition. Before I knew what was happening they changed my Social Security deposit from my bank to theirs. That bank is **********************. I immediately started a chat with them to cancel this ASAP. I was told it could not be canceled. I also sent an email as there is no phone number and they responded the same. I have been on hold for hours with Social Security to no avail. When I go the their app it specifically says any transaction can be canceled before 4:00 pm. First lie. According to the directions they provide the process cannot be done. My next step if this is not cleared up with Current is to report as fraud to ********************************* I want my direct deposit change to their bank canceled immediately as I survive on these funds. And if I have an "acvount" with them I want this canceled also.Business Response
