    BEWARE-I DO NOT RECOMMEND ********************************************* BEWARE!! I tried to open a 3 mo. CD but received an error each time stating "Error, try again, please contact support if problem continues." I gave up. The next day I log in and see account was created and CD funded. I then see 2 transactions pending (the 2 of the 3 attempts that showed failed). I submitted a ticket to remove the 2 pending immediately stating DO NOT Process. Two (2) days later I get *** charges from my bank because they attempted to fund the CD all 3 times. 2 attempts 2 full days after attempt and after the CD mysteriously funded. I immediately created another ticket and called. I spoke with nice agent but her supervisor said "yes, I see tickets, and see she told us to cancel, but sorry, we will NOT refund the *** charges". Defeats the purpose of a high yield CD if they do not run a valid online bank. Now the fees to withdraw my funds even further defeat the intent of high yield account. And who knows if there will be any positive yield at this point ! I will withdraw my money immediately the second it reaches maturity and will never do business with this company again. Now I see all the horrible reviews of others money being held!!!!

    Terrible! Terrible! Trying to get my $90K plus out of the Raisin account without success.On hold for over 50min... than I gave up.Tried the chat option. It is totally standard answers that are not helpful.Going to my local bank tomorrow to see if they can help.Raisin is holding my $90K, just like a kidnapper!Rating not even one....a negative 0!!!!!!!!

    BEWARE!!!!! Opening an account and transferring money in was easy. Since then I've closed the external account from which I made the transfer. Now I need to make a withdrawal and there's no way for me to add a new bank account. I reached out to them, they requested a lot of paperwork (driving license, old account statements, new account information) which I have provided. t has been two weeks but I am still not able to access my funds. At this point it feels intentional. i hope eventually i will be able to my withdrawal. When I finally get access to my funds, I planning on closing the account - this company seems sketchy!!!

    Its great that I can make 5.5% interest in a CD, or slightly less in a MM Savings account.... but its not that great if I cannot get it back out using a withdraw transfer to my normal bank. The field for entering the amount to withdraw and transfer back to regular bank is broken and offers 2 choices:1) amount must be at least $1 (when you place an amount in, it provides the next message)2) amount must be less than or equal to $0 (doesn't make sense as nobody can transfer money as a negative value below zero. I'd expect more from an IT banking company as I have no idea how I am going to retrieve my money should I needed given the amount field is broken. Chat bot AI is their form of customer services which results to email conversation. Hoping I get access to my money/account soon.

    I recently opened a Raisin account online and all was well, two small deposits made. I then tried to make a third deposit and it would not take my deposit. First called customer service, no answer over 40 minute wait. I contacted customer service via email and was told that any of the banks raisin uses have the right to stop taking deposits at any time. Doesn't this defeat the whole purpose of these accounts?? BEWARE. I'm sure this information is listed in the fine print somewhere, not readily available when signing up.

    Our marketplace is offered at no cost to consumers.  We are able to do so because the banks and credit unions we work with pay for the deposits we help them generate. This gives them the right to stop offering those products through our service at any time.

    While we do offer savings products for 40+ banks and credit unions, we know it can be inconvenient when one that you have chosen stops taking new deposits.  We can't force our partners to take new deposits but we are working hard on technical improvements to make it easier to move between different banks and credit unions.

    I am not happy with your service. I have tried since July 7 to get my money. I hit the button and it went to my old bank BBVA. It is closed and the money went back to you. I have no idea how to get it and now it says by balance is o. I need your help to send it to my new bank PNC. I mailed everything they ask for but the lady on line said they didn't get it. Well then it should have returned to me. I call and just get recorded info. No one to talk to.Wish someone would call me. *************************
