      Very hard to cancel membership. They told me to come in person to cancel. I came in person and was told it was cancelled (stupid me didn't request physical proof). Noticing continued charges, I inquired and was told I should call, which I did. They said I should email, which I did. I was told, after a few emails, that they will cancel it for me. I asked for receipt and was told it will come. Then I got busy and forgot. Two years later I see they continued charging me. I now showed the emails as cancellation proof, but it's not what they're looking. How about that there no record of having entered the for two years? Nope. My new address? No. No reimbursement. They did, however, cancel my membership NOW, graciously waving the cancellation fee.

      Another gym goer made both physical and verbal threats to me. I asked a worker to get the manager and I requested the footage to show this. I ended calling the police because the same guy threatened me again. When I told the worker this, he proceeds to call the police on me. The worker and management essentially defer access to the camera footage which would have showed the man's threatening actions and potentially his verbal threat. I'm not sure what they told to the police officers, but eventually I was escorted out of the building. This would be the second incidence this specific worker has abused his power to attempt to have me leave the building; in that incidence, I had to get the actual manager who sided with me; and so, this worker has basically been discriminating against me specifically, harrassing me, and apparently abused his authority when communicating with the police.

      The equipment is all new and top-notch. Maintenance reset the stair-stepper in a timely manner when it stopped working. Work-out areas and changing rooms are kept clean whether it's 5:30 am or 5:30 pm. ************************** and ****** all make exercising an enjoyable experience.

      Don't ever create a Gym membership account with #**********************. They will **** you up. 1st when I open a membership, 1 month later they charge me $65. I ask them and they said it's annual fee. When I open my membership account they didn't mention that s*** Now 1 years later I went to cancel my membership and they charge me $38. They said I have to let them know 45 days early that I'm cancelling. What a ********. Don't ever go to blink.

      I wish i could give these people zero star. They cancelled my membership 6 weeks after taking my annual fee and the persons who are CSR are more like machines as they have not the abililty to deduce common sense thinking. It is useless to try and explain or reason with them as they will not be understanding.I cannot understand how you cancel my membership 6 weeks in the contract but then calling me for payment after i complained to my credit card company. Please be be careful when dealing with this gym because heard a lot of horrible story from other persons about the behaviour of this gym.

      Very unprofessional manager at **************************************************** with horrible customer service. The manager who refused to tell me his name who I can describe him as a larger person clipped my lock because another member had his items in my locker. He stated that 2 other members saw that I put my large dufflebag in there but why did he not look for me so I can unlock it. The gym is not that large and it is easy to spot people. I filed an incident report but the manager was reluctant to follow up. As I came to confront him, he started telling me what he thought I did when he was not even on the scene (which is irrelavant; just replace my lock). He then said you not getting another lock and got someone else to chime in saying they clipped my ****** times He started being condescending and began MOCKING me and refused to find a resolution with me because I was raising my voice and decided to ignore me. Poor customer service and people skills overall; not sure how he landed this position especially in midtown. How can you laugh at a customer with the highest membership rank with added services? One of the associates named **** saw my concerns and went out of his way to buy a lock for me which I did not ask for. He saw how much the manager was provoking me then started reasoning with me about the situation. This location needs new management. Perhaps **** should manage this location due to the fact that he has problem solving skills rather than verbally combatting with a customer.

      as others have stated, cancellation is a nightmare. even when it seems easy, it's not. they rob you blind once they have your credit card. the facilities are fine for the price but the vibes are always negative. the people who work there and the people who train there seem to be fitness rookies. zero gym etiquette and they think their workouts are for posting on social media. really obnoxious environment. it's toxic for people who just want to workout and be well.

      This is very true. They are robbers. Once you give them your account/ credit card information they just keep charging it and then they give you some BS about why they are charging you instead of refunding your money. They have been charging me for months after requesting a cancelation. I disputed the charges with my bank and they never responded.

      The gyms themselves are great, but if you try to leave the program their system is set to charge you extra on the way out the door. I did a one-year membership and they charged me an extra $50 to cancel my membership when I moved away. Definitely not using this gym again, the locations were awesome but their customer service is soulless.

      You should be ashamed of yourselves for deceiving customers. They put a promotion online that its only $10-15 to be a member. Promo to try their gym. But its deceiving because they did not disclose or will not disclose that you have to pay an Annual Maintenance Fee in addition even to try it. So customers beware!! Plus this gym is small and their equipments are obsolete compare to other gyms. Its always packed during weekdays particularly after school. So it means you cannot maximize your membership. Even though staff are friendly they still did not inform their customers fully and about the catch.
