      I paid for a membership and used the gym for 15 minutes. I never went back. I moved out of the area, and I had already paid for one month, so I tried to cancel. They told me in order to cancel I have to pay for 2 months plus the yearly $59.99. There's no way I'm paying $120 to cancel a membership that I never used. I just found out it's only $25 to cancel. Now collections is harassing me to pay them $183

      I am deeply disappointed with the personal training services at Crunch Fitness and request a full refund of $400 for the sessions. My experience with two different trainers highlighted issues that compromised my safety and well-being.First Trainer:- The first trainer changed my session day without informing me, solely to suit her schedule, and then falsely claimed I had requested the change.- She made offensive political comments that insulted me and people from my communities, creating a hostile environment.- She charged me for a canceled session, claiming she had no choice, despite previously changing my sessions without asking.- I informed her of a medical condition that causes me to pass out if I do super sets, yet she ignored this and put my health at risk.2nd Trainer:- The second trainer wasted 10 minutes of our session trying to sell me more sessions instead of focusing on my workout.- Despite being informed of my condition, she failed to create a personalized plan and gave me a generic routine, almost causing me to pass out. She then left me unattended while I was laying on the floor because she had another client.Its clear that these trainers prioritize sales over client care, which is unacceptable given the high cost of these sessions. I am requesting a full refund of $400 due to the unprofessional and unsafe service I received. I hope Crunch Fitness will take this complaint seriously and improve their standards to protect future clients.

      Totally unacceptable behavior from manager in ***********. Didnt like the fact that while showering & changing in locker room people taking videos. I dont care if its acceptable its not legal. I should be able to take a shower was told i be reimbursed for annual **************** never was which i had paid a few days prior. Annual fee was on 8/9/24 monthly was on mon 8/12. I want my money back. Need stricter policies when it comes to phones in locker room. Fyi locker opening are not meant to hold your phone so you can do a dance video. Also they never pickup the phone at this location. Nor is there a direct # to call & file a complaint. Small claims court here i come

      Horrible company. I was a membership for 4 years and I decided to cancel due to non usage. Online it said I had to cancel in person so I went to my home gym just to be told you had to do it online. I filled out the online form, and was told someone would call me in 72 hours to confirm the cancellation. No one ever called (I waited 3 weeks), so I emailed the cancellation email I was also given, no response and I was charged in this time period for my monthly membership. I finally tried to call the number I was given to cancel and I was hung up on SEVEN (7) times before I was finally able to get somebody to answer the call. (Automated system said all the representatives are busy and to wait on the line and then hung up on me). On the 8th try, I get someone and they tell me you can only call to cancel because the gyms and the online center DONT have cancellation access. So why is this an option? Because I called after my billing period, I had to pay for another month and the annual fee, so around $90 just to cancel.

      All of your gyms in ******* need to be shut down. They break almost every ethical and literal laws. From fruad to harrment to letting minors sign up without gardian consent. Please just leave *******. We deal with enough fruad and scams already

      Crunch Fitness from *******, *******, keeps charging me for personal training classes every month. I told them that I needed to transfer the personal training I had been charged for six months to another Crunch Fitness in *******, **, and they told me that I could not transfer the points or the personal training sessions. I have paid over $800 in personal training that I have not used. They are not willing to refund or transfer, and I explained to them that I would have to drive 45 minutes to their fitness center and 45 minutes back home, and I could not do that. I moved, started a new job, got diagnosed with breast cancer, and tried to pause the account. They said I needed a doctor's ****** to pause my account or cancel it. Of course, I will not cancel and lose my money, but I forgot to send the doctor's ****** through the hecticness of life, going to doctor's ************* and a full-time job. So, when I got better and wanted to attend fitness training again, I saw myself in this predicament. The personal fitness manager from Deltona told me I needed to drive 45 minutes to ******* to cancel my fitness account, and the cancellation needed to be in person. It was not until I got angered that I told her that that is a black hat user experience and that nowadays if you have a site, most companies let their customers cancel their accounts and monthly payments or subscriptions online. Then she said she would send the cancelation to my email. Horrible business practices. Never will I ever join a fitness club again, Especially Crunch Fitness. I do not like businesses that steal from their customers. Services were not rendered, and I paid for them.

      BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY- Called Crunch Fitness! They are legalized SCAMMERS and FRAUDSTERS and NOT to be trusted! I only gave them one star because I wouldnt be able to start a review. I joined Crunch Fitness sometime in June on a promotional basis starting with $1. During this time I started a night job which was making it difficult to attend the gym as I would have wanted to. After not being able to attend the gym I went to Crunch to cancel, I spoke with one *******, who informed me they would have to take an additional months payment before they can comply with my request, I agreed with that arrangement. Two weeks after up to this point writing the review, Crunch Fitness has refused to cancel my membership, they withdrew an annual fee in the amount of $53 and a day after, another $18 monthly subscription fee, just days after Ive gone into their facility ask for my membership to be canceled again. I was told its in the process. The only thing Crunch Fitness had to do was to get on the computer and hit canceled. When I called and mentioned calling my bank I was threatened by ******* (******) that if I do, theyre going to report my name to the credit bureau. Somebody needs to do something about this company for their trickery and fraudulent tactics. S.K

      They ignored a request to cancel my membership until they could charge me for an additional month. I complained and refused to pay it so they sent it to collections.

      BEWARE - Use deceptive practices - say one thing at signup and contract says something else - this should be fraud!!!!! When talk to them, they don't do anything. They signed up an 18 year old which was supposed to be $25/mo and could suspend membership when back to college and then re-start when home ---- LIES!!! They been charging her with personal fitness $169.60 ev 2 wks -- no she didn't agree to this and has never told this. Also on the ap only shows she's signed up for $24 plan. Have been trying to work with them to cancel and they said can't refund!! This is a company full of crooks!!! I would rate them 0 if I could absolutely awful!!!!
