    On January 23, 2025 I ordered a one month box subscription to try the world. I was under the impression that this was onlyfor one month and did not authorize reoccurring orders. After 4 weeks of wondering where the box was because it never arrived at my house Imessaged try the world numerous times through email asking where the box was. Weeks past and I still didnt receive the box. I reached back out to customer service inquiring where the box was they told me it be shipping out soon. Its shipped out about a week after the second inquiry. It took about 6 1/2 to 7 weeks to receive the shipment. Today, April 2, 2025. I received another shipment at my door fortry the world. I was surprised because I have not authorized any purchases from this company beyond the first shipment in January. I looked at the account information and it says that they charged my card on three separate occasions the January purchase they charged it forFebruary ($75)purchase that I didnt even know about and never received and they charged it for this March ($92) purchase. I did not authorize the February or the March purchases and I would like to be refunded the money. I reached out to this company through email and messaging. Their phone number that is connected to their company does not work. I am veryupset that they did not give me any communication about this being a reoccurring subscription I have received nothing through emails. The only thing that I able to do is look up my account on their website to see what theyve been charging me. I want my money paid in full for the past two months of subscriptions that I did not authorize and one that I did not even receive.

    I placed an order on January 8th and they charged my card immediately and my first box has yet to ship. I have reached out the company multiple times and gotten emails stating they will ship soon. My last two emails were asking for a cancellation and reimbursement and the response emails are just your box will ship soon.There is no phone number to call.

    I made a purchase on Dec 13th 2024 for $49.00 at ************************ for what was advertised to me as a one time snack package for Christmas. Since this appears to be a subscription service usually, after I made the purchase I tried to cancel it. I could not find any where on the site to cancel the subscription. There is no phone number to call. I found one email you can email and emailed them saying I want to cancel and got no response. On Jan ******* I get a notification that I have been charged $60 from this company now and I still have no way to cancel it. I just want a refund and to cancel as I was not happy with the product or the whole experience and now I worry I will keep getting charged.

    I placed an order for 1 single 3 month box that was a gift for a friend on 12/15. I sent a follow up email to the company when the gift had not been received on Jan 7. The friend ended up receiving the gift but I have been charged every 3 months since then and have over paid as of now for $630.00. It was very clear on the order that it was a 1 time order and not a recurring subscription. This company is criminal and does this intentionally as they do not even send you a confirmation email for each one of the charges. There is also no way to cancel this on their web portal.

    The *************************** subscription was cancelled on April 2022 and we were very surprised to see multiple charges for $360 (each) on April 7th 2024, and October 7th 2024. 1) As expected, we can no longer log in to the account to cancel online as the subscription is already cancelled for more than two years, as explained here: (******************************************************************************************************). 2) The following accounts DO NOT respond: *********************************** ************************************ ************************************** ********************************* and ************************************ And 3) the advertised 800 number is disconnected: **************. We are requesting immediate refund and cancellation. This is deceiving and unacceptable.

    As many here in the BBB complaint section I was charged for a renewal that was not mentioned in my receipt. My receipt says 1 package a month for 6 months,

    On May 13, 2023, I made my one and only order with Try the World. I recieved the following email confirmation describing the nature of my order. " Order summary 3 Month Journey - Medium Box - *************** of The World 1 3 Months. Delivery every 1 Month, for 3 Months" As indicated in the email. This was a one-time purchase for three months. One snack box was delivered per month for three monthsno more. The full email confirmation is attached. The confirmation provides no information about subscriptions or any other indication that I agreed to further charges. I have been charged $639 over a year, while I only authorized a one-time purchase of $84. 5/13/24 - $84 (Authorized)8/13/24 - $150 (Unauthorized)11/13/24 - $150 (Unauthorized)2/13/24 - $150 (Unauthorized)5/13/24 - $150 (Unauthorized)I request a refund of $555 for all unauthorize charges. I request no further unauthorized charges be incurred. If request not fulfilled, legal action will be necessary.

    Hi! Thank you for contacting us. We've already been in contact with this customer and worked on a refund on the most recent renewal. Each month we were sending out boxes and never got a cancellation or refund request over the last year till now. Our system will only let us refund the most recent order as they signed off on our policies and we sent them all of our FAQ info. We will send them a new email and try and fix this going forward.

    Purchased a 3-month subscription with a gift card on Christmas Day 2023. Never received any confirmation email for the purchase. Two days before the third box arrived, the subscription was auto-renewed and charged without any notification or email. There was no clear message from the company during purchase that any charges would be made to my card, since the purchase was made using a gift card in full. The purchase was made as a first without an account, so I am unable to log in to cancel any subscriptions. Company has no phone number to contact for disputes, only an email from which they have yet to respond.

    I purchased a 3 month subscription from this company as a Black Friday deal. I was supposed to receive 3 boxes of their food products. I received the first 2, did not receive the 3rd, and then was charged $150 for another 3 months. I did not authorize the transaction and never received my 3rd box. I contacted the company, asking for a refund for my $150. Nothing came of this, so I filed a claim with my bank. A couple of weeks later, Try the World reached out to me asking me to cancel my claim and that they would send me my $150 back in 3-5 business days. This seemed fair, so I did. Once I notified them, they said the claim was still there and they needed documentation that it was cancelled. I provided them with the documentation. They then had the audacity to tell me they would send me my 3rd box but there was nothing they could do about the refund. I said I would resubmit the claim if I didnt hear from them (having yet done so) and received an email stating that since I resubmitted the claim they would not refund my money or send the box. They are liars and scammers. I now will be resubmitting that claim in hopes of getting my money back.

    I had this exact same experience as the complaint listed below and couldn't explain it any better than this user. I ordered on December ********* and haven't even received my 3rd shipment and it hasn't even been sent out even though it has been 4 months but was charged for another 3 month renewal yesterday March 17 2024 with a refusal to refund with no notice or indication of renewal.Other users experience:"On December 3rd 2023 I ordered a 3 month subscription as a Christmas gift for $105. The 1st box took over a month and a half to receive. After only receiving 2 boxes so far, I have been charged again for another 3 month subscription for "the current rate" of $150. I complained to the company today about not agreeing to an auto-renewal subscription and they said, all subscriptions are auto-renewal subscriptions by default and that if you'd like to cancel the auto-renewal feature, you need to do so in a minimum of 5 days before your next ship date. But how does anyone know when their next auto-renewal ship date is going to be? They do not email you letting you know that your subscription is going to auto-renew in X # of days, and if you log in to your account there is nothing there showing you that a new subscription is going to begin. There is also no where on your account to cancel your subscription"
