    On 01/10/2025 I tried purchasing a ****** e gift card through Amazon.com.I used a MC Virtual gift card to make the purchase since ****** does not take partial payments with a virtual debit ******* transaction was quickly denied and went into pending mode. When I checked the next day 01/10 I notcied the payment went from pending to posted. I called ****** and they said they were surprised it posted without me ever getting a gift card. Normally it will just " Pend" when rejected.The ***resentative submitted a ***ort and said they will request the money back on the card. He said it could take up to 7 business days. I was so upset because had I not called, LGC would have kept the money and I would have never gotten anything for it. It is completely dishonest and deceiving. I have to make sure that money comes back to me ( my virtual gift card)because I have nothing to show for it. The ***** *** said I could call but why go through all that hassle when what was done was very unethical. I live in ******************* and do not need more stress since we are already dealing with alot out here at the moment

    On may 12th, 2024 we purchased a $500 ****** gift card through Launch Gift Cards. We have been trying to get in contact with someone that can help us locate the card so we can use it. We have tried contacting LGC through their website but nobody is contacting us. Please help.

    I emailed an order to **** gift card in the amount of $200. The money was withdrawn from my account the same day 8/12/24. I received a confirmation # ******************* from **** Eats. The gift card has not been received. I have not been able to contact by phone and they do not return my emails. ********************** is their email address.

    On 05.15.24, I was emailed a Door Dash gift card in the amount of $25. When I attempted to use the gift card, on 06.20.24, it did not work. I contacted customer service several times and they were unable to resolve the issue. This is the second time I've experienced this issue. The first time was on 02.21.23 when I was emailed a Door Dash gift card in the amount of $100. Same issue as above in that I was unable to access/use the gift card. After repeated attempts to resolve the matter with ***************** I finally just gave up. Who has that much time to waste? That said, I'm disgusted that 2 separate individuals wasted their money on gift cards that were unusable. I have never had issue with using e-gift cards for any other business. I use a computer daily for my job; in other words, I no how to use technology! This is unacceptable and clearly a scam. I would like for Door Dash to send me a gift card for $125 that actually works or in the very least refund the 2 customers who wasted their money on a nonexistent gift card.

    Door Dash continues to offer hoops for me to jump through rather than true resolutions. I have already attempted to clear my cache. While I am using a work computer, it is on my personal WiFi at home (I work remotely). I have also attempted to access the gift cards from my personal cell phone. How many more hoops must I jump through? How many times must I contact them to only be brushed off and sent down a rabbit hole? I have wasted soooo much time and energy on this issue. The company just continues to repeat their standard/universal responses rather than actually communicating with me directly about my personal issues. They need to either refund the 2 gift card purchasers or snail mail me an actual gift card that I can use. I have NEVER encountered such issues with an e-gift card in my life and have received plenty. I am so sick of this merry go round!

    I have yet to receive the $125 in gift cards I've been gifted. Notably, the original issue was brought to their attention in February 2023! The latest response to my repeated outreach was met with the same automated response they have continued to provide for well over a year, which is to suggest that something is wrong with my technology. Yet, I have done what they suggested, and it still makes no difference. So much of my time has been wasted on this. Door **** refuses to refund my gifters or mail me gift cards that I can actually use. I have never seen anything like this and have used e-gift cards from other companies without issue. It's a Door Dash issue, not a me issue. They took money for nothing. Unacceptable business practices!

    Long story: I sent a DoorDash gift card to my elderly sick parents so they could have groceries delivered to them. The grocery website indicates that delivery is available to their address. However, when my parents attempted to place the order, the website stated that delivery was in fact not available. I contacted the store directly and they reached out to the delivery folks who confirmed that ******** does not deliver to their address. The funds are sitting in a DoorDash account that my parents created.

    I've purchased a $50 Uber Eats gift card for a friend. Repeated attempts to open the link to the card were unsuccessful. I have requested a refund and never heard back from the business.

    it is untrue that there was no response on my part. I have proof that I sent several emails that have not been responded on the business end. I have always responded when the business said that the link is now active and the gift card can be accessed that is/was NOT working. I have requested assistance to file a complaint for the funds reimbursement and have never heard back since, other than another canned response that the link was active. It was not. The link to the gift card was never active and that can be verified on their end.

    I received an AirBnb gift card on 5/17/23 as a gift from my daughter for $250.00. I am trying to book a trip and attempted to open the link on the card which is from Launch.com and was informed I did not have authorization to open it.
