      I received a call from Web MD asking to set up a time to look at their top providers program for my business. I told them I wasnt interested and they continued to call me. The reason I am making this complaint is for the final time they called me. The number that showed up was MY businesss phone number so I clearly answered and THEY were on the other line. I dont know how they made this happen or if theyre spoofing phone numbers. I just want to ensure that my phone number isnt being used by scammers masquerading as healthcare providers. On the supporting document you can see their missed call from Chatham Nj immediately followed up by a phone call from my business number with the designation as being from a healthcare provider

      I was supposed to create a profile for an employee I just hired back in 2023 to attract potential patients. The employee left so I asked to close the account. The rep I was working with requested I stay for a "$1 trial" to see if I like it and take over the account. I was clear I was full and really didn't need to advertise but that I was willing to try it out for $1. My entire trial was used before my account was fully even setup with the onboarding call. No one told me that. I was given a contract that no one reviewed with me and unfortunately I signed it without reading assuming everything was covered by my rep. I was stressed with my employee leaving. In there, I signed to a contract for MONTHS of over $200 in charges a month for the profile when I said very clearly I didn't even need it. I disputed the charge with my credit card and won, then I was sent threats for collections and legal action and they were doing me a favor by just collecting one month. I asked many times to speak to management and was refused this. Finally I was allowed to email one and he ignored my email. So I paid to just be done with it. Customer service is completely deceitful and nonresponsive.

      Cannot get a personal response from this business to correct information on my physician profile, which is negatively effecting my new business at a different state practice location. *** sent contact form regarding this problem several times & get auto reply stating their representative will contact me shortly but they NEVER DO. Ive found a phone number for them online, as the only means to contact them on their website is by filling out same information request. Ive called the phone number several times & no one answers. The BBB needs to shut this site down as its misleading the public & destroying many respectable providers reputations with their unscrupulous business practices & online with their erroneous & unvetted slanderous reviews, which they refuse to retract. This site is illegitimate & misleads the public who deem it reputable in evaluating providers of medical care! This & its subsidiary site Vitals are seemingly bogus & something needs to be done with them both.

      Went to WebMD on 2/15/2024, I was told by Cigna to see WebMD because it was covered by my insurance to see a doctor immediately because my son *** was sick. My wife gave our insurance information to WebMD and seen by a doctor. The physician could not prescribe anything or do anything and was sent to urgent care. However, WebMD did not bill our insurance. Called Cigna and no claim has been sent over. We received an email THE ***** BEFORE, stating that they could not process our claim and we will be charged the full amount of 85 dollars. After going back and forth with WebMD and ***** both on the same time, they stated that they could not verify *** being covered by my insurance and had to contact my employer to verify his plan. I contacted my employer and received email verifying coverage, However they still took out 82 dollars out of my account. So now Im out 82 dollars and it will take 30 days to get my money back. They did not even bill my insurance and they abruptly notified me the day before withdrawing from my account, even though they had the correct information they did not bill my insurance. Nor submit a claim per Cigna. Now Im out money and notifying me the day before without any correspondence is poor service!

      This scam company initially pretended to be a WEB MD website, which they are not.They sent me a contract pretending that they would improve my WEB MD profile and appearance on the site.They absolutely did nothing except charge me 350$ monthly, all information was not touched and was unchanged, I updated the information myself. There were absolutely NO SERVICE THAT THEY PROVIDED. Then they offered me a framed top physician biography and charged my Business debit account 1200$, only to receive a completely different personal biography with my name.I called, and they said they would send a replacement for no charge and would send me the review they did not send the preview they changed the picture but still had utterly different information than what I have on Web MD They charged me another 1300 on my business debit card I complained, and again, they sent a preview and freely replaced it , they end charging my card for the third time 1300 I called them and emailed them back in October and advised them to stop my monthly 350$ subscription. I had to change my bank debit card as they were not responsive to my request to cancel and charged me over 3500$ in the additional framed profile that was wrong.All receipts on my bank account are available. They did not honor my request and email to cancel. They need to cancel all billing and harassment calls to my phone and office. From the time I called them to cancel in October 2023 they have been asking me to pay *************** addition to 325$ monthly for scam service.I'm ASKING TO STOP MY MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION AS I EMAILED THEM BACK IN OCTOBER AND CALLED THEM AND CANCEL THIS 650$ back billing request FOR SCAM SERVICE attached is email tracking of their non compliant after they continue to bill me and ignored my cancelation request

      A prior complaint was submitted on 9/06/2023 to the BBB about WebMD representative calling to setup a Zoom meeting about recommended review program - and then became hostile during the call of when dismissed due to conflict. This same situation happened to me after being rudely spoken to and spam called me back demanding I continue the meeting, also questioned my character and my practice reviews a very hostile and insulting person. He called from a ******** and a *********** number and threatened my office. His name is ******** and wont give his last name and said **** none of your business. I want this type of rep fired and program shut down or otherwise reprimanded so other doctors dont get swindled for money or pay for any type of profile status

      I reached out to WebMD for marketing for my business. At that time they agreed to provide marketing for my business online meeting specific business needs. We are a telehealth-based business that practice is in multiple States and we were told that we would be advertised in all of those states. After several months of receiving the service we have not received referrals from multiple States and the referrals that we have received are not appropriate for our business. I reached out to their business manager and requested to cancel the service 2 months ago. The company is continuing to Bill us for services despite the fact that we have requested to cancel the contract because we do not believe that we are receiving the services agreed upon in the initial phone conversation. Following this initial email we were asked to solicit reviews for our company which is considered unethical business practice in our line of business of Mental Health counseling. Again we requested to cancel the contract and discontinue billing for the service. The company is refusing to cancel the contract despite the fact that we have indicated that they are not providing the service discussed in the initial call. They are continuing to Bill my payment method for services despite the fact that we are not receiving the service agreed upon. We are not able to provide reviews and this was not discussed at the initial phone call. I would like an intervention with mediation in order to help us come to an agreeable solution.

      Received a call from a man named *** from WebMD, wanting to schedule a zoom to discuss our account with **********************. We have been a "recommended provider" for several years, which is paid for. After several minutes it became clear that he was trying to sell us an upgrade to become an exclusive provider in are area. When I thanked him for the call and told him that we were not interested, he became hostile and replied, "There is no need to thank me. I charge $300/hr for my consulting and we've been on the phone for 20 minutes. Where would you like me to send the bill?" I terminated the call due to his aggressiveness and then received multiple phone calls for the next several minutes which I did not answer. Later that day I received the following text, "We write to inform you, that , regrettably, your practice will not be featured as a recommended provider on WebMD, or its Subsidiary, Vitals. Reason: Lack of respect and failure to complete interview. 17 Demerit points." - Seriously? This from a company that has a D- rating with the BBB. Clearly the company needs some new leadership!
