      PLEASE DO NOT GET THIS INSURANCE! PLEASE!ONLY LIKE 4 ORAL SURGEONS IN ALL OF F******************** TAKES THEIR S*** INSURANCE. THEIR OWN WEBSITE AND MEMBER SERVICES DONT EVEN KNOW WHO TAKES THEIR SH*T INSURANCE.THE ABSOLUTE NERVE OF THESE MFERS TO TELL ME, "IF YOU PAY OUT OF POCKET WE WILL PAY YOU BACK". AS IF I COULD TRUST PEOPLE TO PAY ME BACK WHEN THEY DONT EVEN KNOW WHO THEIR OWN PROVIDERS ARE. I PAID FOR INSURANCE TWICE A MONTH FOR OVER TWO YEARS JUST TO NOT BE ABLE TO SEE ANYONE WHEN IN F**KING PAIN.FRAUDS FRAUDS FRAUDS. A F***KING WASTE OF MONEY. THE PEOPLE ON F**KING ******** HAVE BETTER F**KING INSURANCE THAN THIS BULLSH*T I PAY FOR.CANNOT WAIT FOR OPEN F**KING ENROLLMENT AND GETTING REAL F**KING INSURANCE.THEY NEED TO CLOSE.

      Mailed in my payment for coverage. The check was cashed and emblem health canceled my policy. I'm told I can't speak to a supervisor. It's ridiculous.

      Emblem health is a total FRAUD . One week trying to find a Dentist and gave me the run around, they suk.

      The worst insurance company ????They have you going through utter ******** when you call.The employees that are answering the phone never seem to know what is going on,always switching one over to a different department stating that its not their department.How could an insurance company not know answers concerning a department in their company????Its all a ploy to not give you effective service that you are actually paying for

      Horrible service. I am a federal employee with payroll deductions for my dental insurance. Emblem is currently taking money BACK from my dentist for services provided over the past 3-4 years. They are also debiting the dentist for other clients. *********** is now dropping us because we are costing them money. Total disaster we have been in contact with Emblem for over 2 months and Emblem is doing NOTHING. There is no way I would recommend them for any type of insurance.

      They have denied multiple claims for labs that I have to have done to stay on PrEP, even though PrEP is a preventative service. When I contest the claims, and say this is routine preventative bloodwork, eventually, they pay out the claim and admit fault, but it happens every single time. Sometimes, they have actually closed an appeal ticket, without telling me, and then admitted it when I reached back out.Basically this company is running such thin margins that they will do anything they can do not just to deny your claims and keep you in a small network, but to actually deny claims they KNOW should be paid out.And yes, you can ultimately win, so if you have them be vigilant and document everything, but I can't wait to switch providers because it's honestly just not worth my time. It's a lot of work to constantly fight this company.

      Worst insurance company ever and doctors are dropping them like flies because their pay scale is stuck in the ****s. Do Not believe their website because they do not remove providers when they leave. Call the providers first before going most do not take emblem anymore, some phone numbers are even out of service.

      EmblemHealth is a company i will NEVER recommend anyone to be an employee of. The leadership of this company REALLY gives this company a bad rep and the organization needs FRESH faces! Leadership that shows compassion genuinely and not just say it to hear themselves speak! They lie so bad !! The *** is trash! & *********************** is the most passive aggressive NARCISSISTIC individual I have ever met and have the audacity to work in HR !! My grandmother passed on 08/07/2023 and I will never forget feeling like I had to choose between grieving and my job! Lets not talk about the benefits! I mean truthfully this company is horrible & DO NOT PAY YOU ENOUGH FOR THE **** THAT YOU HAVE TO GO THROUGH!

      They sent a letter in the mail stating that I should make a payment online, but there's no option for new members to pay online. I called the customer service number, and they said I have to go into their neighborhood care center to pay. Mind if you work normal business hours so do, they and they do not work weekends. So, there's no option for me to pay online nor will I make it to the neighborhood care center. Which means I will not be cover and my plan will be terminated. This is extremely frustrating and inconvenient for them to send the option to pay online and there actually be no option to do so, or not have hours that will accommodate other working people.

      I have a eye condition called Keratoconus usually affects both eyes. Emblem health refuses to cover my medical necessary contact lenses. My eyecare plan ***** Vision refuses to cover as its considered to be a "eye disease" cover by medical insurance. I have been fighting for months to be denied 16 times. All anyone at Emblem can tell me is SORRY. That does not help me see!!If you are a person that suffers with Keratoconus DO NOT USE THIS IN HUMAN INSURANCE COMPANY!!!!
