    ************ has been double-charging me for their single-use yearly web servivce subscription. I have been trying to rectify this simple issue, however they send pretend email responses through their support site and then let the tickets expire with no solution. They have no intention to render support nor correct their mistakes. This was an easy matter to address, hence showing their intentions.ALERT- ************ has NO support phone numbers, NO direct names for support, NO direct emails to company heads or representatives. The number listed on this site only goes to voice mail and it is never responded to (or hangs up on you). They are a scam.
