    I bought hearing aids from Atticus. I have sent them back twice. The wires are junk. The hearing aids are junk and they want money for me to send them back after I paid for warranty. I sent them back twice or once already, but the batteries are dead already and I’ve only had it for about six months maybe a little bit longer but I bought something. That’s not what I paid for. Won’t work with me

    The biggest reason I chose Audicus originally was I worked with a fantastic team of customer service professionals on my original contact call. Right from the start I was comfortable with the information and amazed in the end how bad my hearing was & how improved it is now! I take calls through my hearing aides, listen to *******, and any other audio medium. I can cut the grass and still here music. If you've had it with Chat Boxes, VM's & emails that never get answered, try Audicus where they actually have humans that can resolve your concern. You'll be surprised at the value they will represent when you get the bottom line!

    I have been a hearing aid wearer for 20 years Audicus hearing aids are by far the best I have used. **************** is bar none the best one phone call and a zoom call they made adjustments. These work great I have severe hearing loss tried several hearing aids and then I found Audicus problem solved I highly recommend them Thank you

    Audicus offers top notch hearing aids with top notch service. I've worn hearing aids for over 30 years, and this is the first time I've used hearing aids right out of the box. Their programming met my needs perfectly. No adjustments were needed. I have profound hearing loss and these devices allow me to hear everything! I'm very happy. They also offer Audicus Premier which allows you to lease your hearing aids on a monthly basis, always giving you updates and supplies. I highly recommend!!

    These hearing aids have worked better than my old in the ear ones. I would recommend these to anyone with moderate to severe hearing loss. I am very pleased

    Great service great staff. Its hard these days to find a company that will keep working with you until your completely happy. I had some issues at the beginning but they worked with me many days it was multiple times a day! Now for over 3 weeks not a single problem, they work great, and best of all I can hear things I havent heard in years. Amazing!!! I would recommend the Omni2 style to anyone!!!
