      I have had my Audicus Omni Series 2 hearing aids for approximately ********************** the trial period. I am fairly knowledgeable concerning hearing aids because I have had three previous hearing aids through the **. I lost significant hearing as a result of naval gunfire when I served in the US Navy as the gunnery officer on a warship in ********** date, there is no question whatsoever that the Audicus hearing aids are superior to the ones I received at the VA; however, the ones I received at the VA were the best they had to offer, and at first, they were more than adequate. However, my hearing gradually started to get worse, falling from a 20% disability when I went to the VS about six years ago to 50% at the current time. At this point, the VA units were inadequate for me, so I started looking around to find better ones. I tested three other models and returned each of them; they were simply inadequate.I came across the Audicus name in a financial brief concerning smaller companies receiving investments from sophisticated investors ( I was a ********************** banker for 35 years ). This was a sign to me that Audicus would have a better product because of the investor's due diligence before investing.I am pleased with the Audicus product because it is the best product I have tested. The cost is reasonable, and FYI, some ******** Advantage Programs also cover a portion of the cost. The one thing that stands out to me is the customer service, and it is EXCELLENT. Keep in mind that I am also an experienced hearing aid person, and many of the complaints I read could have resulted from people who have had 5-6 years of prior experience. In addition, the Audicus units, being better, also bring with them a higher level of complexity and greater focus and patience required. Still, with their service and willingness to answer my dozens of questions, it took me about two weeks to feel very comfortable. But believe me, it was worth it.

      Purchased ****'s about 6 months ago - INCREDIBLE. Amazing service, they've been able to adjust my hearing aids literally while I was sitting in my office at home. I've been blown away- really great!

      I purchased Audicus hearing aids about 2 years ago and have been very satisfied with the. I am also extremely satisfied with the customer support, after a recent hearing test with my audiologist my hearing had worsened a little, I contacted Audicus and they had me send my results by email, I then had my hearing aids shipped to them where they were re-programmed and shipped back all within a week.. *********** is great. *************************

      The hearing aides didn't work well for me so I returned them within the 45 day trial period (I had to pay the cost of shipping them back). I advised the company that ******* law requires the funds to be credited back to customer's method of payment within 30 days of them receiving the hearing aides back. This did not happen so I disputed the payment with my credit card company. My friend had ***** hearing aides that didn't work out. ***** sent a postage-paid return label and credited my friend's account the same day they received them back.

      Read the fine print (if you can find it). I am an experienced hearing aid user and decided to test several OTC hearing aids, including Audicus. They appear to be good hearing aids, but just were not right for me. I received the hearing aids on Oct 30, 2023, tried them for a week and returned them. During the return process I learned that it takes them ***** days after receipt of the hearing aids to process a refund. In my opinion, that is a absurd amount of time. They confirmed receipt of the product on Nov 8, 2023 but I have heard nothing since then. Just be aware.

      I love this company I have had hearing aids for four years now they have been difficult to even obtain because of how high they are on prices. When I found ******* they were willing to work with me with the budget as well as the friendly people on staff they have been with me throughout the entire journey that I have had with them since February 2023. Before I started without a kiss, I spent ************************************************************************ with the loss that I have and were unable to find any when I came across them on the website I did some research as to what others were saying about them I contacted ******* started talking to one of the audiologist as well as the sales rep. ***** about the pricing asked about the care asked them about the appointments that were needed with these and they have made it so painless that I would not find another company. I went ahead and got another set of hearing aids pay monthly on them to ************** to use while in the process of paying these off they have worked with me financially even when I ended up in a bar where I couldnt pay it for that month and was able to defer payments even as I needed to. I definitely recommend *******. I would not recommend any other company, but they are definitely on your side throughout the entire journey.

      All was fine to start with and then took my money just fine with a 45 day free trial. When I decided that they were not right for me and sent them back it took over 60 days to get a refund. I still have not received a credit for the ** adapter and it was in the same box. All were ln perfect condition. So if they work for you, great but it not be prepared to dig deep into your savings account, because if you don't want to pay a lot of interest $$$ your refund will be long after it's due. Now I have a big credit on my card and the money is not in my savings account.

      I bought what was advertised as "hearing aids" and was charged over $1,900.00. Upon receipt I tried to use them, without much success. No matter what setting I used (restaurant, airport, etc) all I received was an increase in volume but the background noise prevented me from hearing well. I was in touch with them and was unable to get satisfactory results. I told them I wanted a refund and asked for refund/return policy. I was sent an email finally giving instructions for the return. I followed the instructions and mailed the product back, insured and proof of delivery, via **** on 9/27/23. I have a tracking receipt which shows they are in possession of the return 10/2. I have yet to receive a refund and have not heard from them regarding a refund. Really?! $1900.00 for a sound magnifying device instead of a true hearing aid! I would like Audicus to contact me regarding a refund and an apology.
