    Date of Transaction: 12/17/2025 I placed an order for the Coaster in December for a Christmas present and I acknowledge they were on backorder and would not ship until *******. ******* arrived and I did not receive the product. I gave them until February and nothing arrived. I checked the website and there seemed to be product available so I figured mine had to be shipping soon. I called to ask for an update and they said they had no timeframe on when it would be shipped or even available. I asked to cancel the order and requested a refund on March 3, 2025 and they said I would get a confirmation email and I never received one. I reached out to them March 7 to confirm that my order had been processed since I never received an email and they said yes but they had no update on when I would receive a refund. I have been consistently asking and calling for an update and they just keep saying they will "review" this issue.

    I purchased this Barsys for a friend knowing that the website stated it was out and will be shipping in January 15. When I did not get it by that time I emailed asking what was going on then I was told that it will be shipping in February. Low and behold no product. So I emailed them again and they will not answer back and it is March.

    I placed my order with Barsys on 2/5/25 for the Coaster 2.0 and Wireless Mixer for a total of $142.90. The items had a ship by date of 2/15/25. On 2/16/25 I had not received a shipping notification so I contacted Barsys. They informed me there had been a delay on the order with no estimated shipment timeline other than the next several weeks. I requested a refund. I was given a timeline of 1 week to receive an update on the refund. As of 2/22/25 I still have received no communication or refund. **************** said they are still working to provide me an update. I am asking for a full refund for my order.

    At this time, I have been contacted directly by Barsys LLC regarding complaint ID ********, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because: Business claimed refund had been issued and would be received within 15 business days on 2/24/25. It has now exceed that timeframe and no refund has been received.

    I ordered from them on December 12. I still have not gotten anything from them. They answered 1 email and said that they would ship January 15. They did not ship and now ignore all forms of contact. This business is a fraud. They take the money from the credit card and then make promises that they will ship later but never intend to ship anything.

    Order - #**** with a transaction date of December 15, 2024. Received the Barsys360 December 23, 2024.Unit started to leak from multiple tanks once they were filled up with various liquids.Contacted Barsys via ********************************** on:December 29, 2024 2:32pm with 9 email correspondences with requested information, pictures machine numbers, the last email on that day was @4:31 pm. Received text messages from ****** a Barsys representative December 29, 2024 10:12pm est. requesting more information, which was provided. Communication ceased after responding 11:39pm est.Sent communication on January 10, 2025 10:18 am est. requesting an update , received a response from Barsys @ 10:59 am stating they're still working on resolving the issue.Sent communication January 16, 2025 9:00pm est. requesting for an update, NO RESPONSE Sent communication January 22, 2025 requesting for an update, NO RESPONSE

    I ordered from barsys they are advertising on their Amazon account a coaster that comes with a mixing cup. The cup never came I called the company and they told me it was backordered and coming in on the 10th of October. Since then their customer service line has gone missing and no one answers when I call

    I preordered a product, Barsys 2.0, but never received it. Over the past year + I had been patient given some of the initial responses I received from Barsys such as supply chain issues, etc and would check in from month to month. Now, Im not receiving receiving any replies at all despite numerous attempts. Barsys has stolen over $1500 I paid and gone silent. Its disappointing that they wont reply to me on this yet still send me email for new products or sales they have. I took them for their word that Id receive it and I waited past the credit card dispute time frame and lost the money. Can only now I can only hope Barsys does the right thing and refunds or at least delivers what I had purchased.

    I purchased the Pre-Order Jan 2024 order # ******** They charged the full amount a month after ordering the preprder but never shipped product. They can not be reached for help. They stole my money and did not deliver product.

    Paid a deposit for a new system last for *****, for being an existing user i was also to receive $100 off the device at launch. The device was set to launch sometime last year, but each time i would follow up, i was told that it was delayed. In May this year the device finally launched and i received a link to make the final payment but it did not reflect the $100 off. I emailed to ask them to adjust the invoice and two months later it still had not been completed. I then just asked for a refund, which i was told would be initiated but it also has not been completed. The company has stolen my money at this point and its very hard to get anyone to reply to emails, even when copying the customer service department on the emails.

    Preordered August 2023. the preorder terms were $50 to hold and the remaining balance would be charged ONLY when ready to ship. A short time later I was charged in full and go no update or delivery notification. Several months went by and never got a response to emails requesting update.Then came an email that deliveries would be delayed but forthcoming with the option to cancel. I decided to wait a bit longer as they gave the impression shipping would be soon.After some time no delivery, no communication and then and email stating deliveries would occur around the end of the year. Still no delivery and emails and calls unanswered.I had been emailing them with some frequency with no response and calling was not a working number.Next and email comes stating Barsys360 available to receive before fathers day, I send an email inquiring how can they be shipping units to non preorder customers when I haven't even received mine in the last 10 months or so. No response as the date passed.It seems they are using deceptive practices, promising to only charge a certain amount for pre order and before delivery, and collecting money for non preorders and kicking the delivery date can down the road as long as they can, wnd no providing reasonable communication as to the delays.FTC rule states they are required to ship as stated ,give an update on delivery or provide a reason for the delay, which they have not done in this case for over 10 months.
