    The staff stole my stuff while I was moving out. They refused to show me the **** footage. I made a police report but the police couldnt be much of a help. They then sent me a bad check for my security deposit and then sent another bad check. They ignored my emails then went ahead to tell me that the third check had the same issue as the first and second so they didnt send it. They told me they were going to take care of it. That was over a month ago. I emailed them again and no response.

    I never received my security deposit from RXR Realty. According to *** I was supposed to receive my $1000 security deposit within two weeks or an itemized list of deductions. I am seeking my full $1000. It has been (5) weeks. I have visited the office. I have called the office. I have written numerous emails. The response is always the same. "It should have been sent out, let me look into it"I vacated this property on 11/11/2024. It is now 12/17/2024
