The management team that handles this RXR property @ Village Square is exceedingly dysfunctional, unprofessional and inapt to follow through with any proper customer service. The lack of accountability in their poor service is unfathomable to endure. I have been a tenant for 24 months, in that time 8 different managers at minimum have come through that office. They are incapable of handling a building of this statures needs and continuously have alarms sounding from faulty failed sensors and pipes. The correspondence from the company is cold, unaffected and turns blame back to their tenants for voicing that displeasure of service we are receiving. I have had countless missed maintenance appointments with various maintenance men over my time @ VS and meeting with understandable frustration I am told I am at fault and should accept their service as it is. I am living in a high class building with some tenants paying upwards of 5k monthly, however, the team insists they can do no wrong and continues to fall flat with simple needs towards the care of their building. Living at VS has been the most disappointing, stressful and exhausting experience, the nicest thing theyve done was allowing me to break my lease early. As we countdown my remaining month they have continued to berate me going out of their way to contact me personally to reprimand my honest feedback and valid feels of service I continue to receive.
