  Terrible company!!!!!! Don't waste your time with this company they don't want to payout when you need to. I received 3 bad checks from them that wouldn't cash and when you call them you get the run around. It's been months dealing with this and I still don't have my refund. So So glad I switched to a different company here in town because my family would have a hard time getting paid after my death. Would've been a mess.

  ******* used to use this company for investing but now I see why they refuse to work with them. They made it super difficult for my agent to have them release my money when they found out it was going to another investment company. They would not respond with paperwork that ******* asked them to send they also made my agent fax them paper la instead of doing it electronically. No one speaks English so it's hard to understand them. They also told me I could take my money out & the *** wouldn't penalize me even though I'm not the right age to take my money out. Luckily I had a great agent that was more knowledgeable than they were. Bad company to invest in for sure.

  I signed up with this company. Had a great experience. You receive your documents electronically to print out. They tell you they do business electronically . Yes I did sign up. If your not tech savvy you wouldn't know how to do this.

  Had $127.44 taken out of my checking account and I don't even have a policy with them; it was just taken out. I attempted to call the number to have the issue rectified, but the number was out of service and can't find an alternate. Had to dispute the charge without knowing if the charges will continue. If they do, I will dispute them every single time. Where the **** did they come from?

  They are a terrible company! I was the beneficiary on my mothers account and they strung me along for months to avoid actually paying me for as long as possible. And now that I am requesting a statement for a previous period, they are acting confused and not getting back to me. Here we go again.

  I never talked to SBLI didn't know why my account was being charged ****** since 3/2024 tried to call NO ANSWER. Finally I called my bank they seen where ***** was taken out by Trustage Ins. which I cancelled I never received a policy which was suppose to be for my sister in law but that was cancelled. Then this SBLI showed up never had a policy they took money out of my account from 3/2024 until 7/2024 which I finally talked to someone said they sent one paper check I requested all said they couldn't but I never had a policy. Never received a check so I called my bank fraud division . **** says they can't refund me all way back to 3/2024 but I never had a policy they couldn't even give me a policy #.

  Trying to contact SBLI USA for 2 days now. Prosperity, and SBLI USA phone numbers aren't working. Keep getting a busy signal. And the ************ is no longer in service. I am trying to pre-plan my funeral and had to ask a question. If there is no phone number to contact the company with, what is going to happen when I die??? Is my family is going to be held responsible for the funeral expenses even though I have insurance! This is awful!!! I would hate to cancel since I have been a customer since the 1980's and my premiums are low. But this is inexcusable. And my 80 + year old mother has the same life insurance company. Now I am extremely worried!

  I have been signed up for a policy. I saw on my bank statement they charged me $61.41 without my knowing of anything or approval for acceptance of anything. I did not know how this has happened and I am unable to get them on the telephone.

  My late mother had a life insurance policy through ********************* part of SBLI USA Life insurance company. My mother had passed away at the beginning of February of this year. Ive been dealing with these people since mid February. Every time Ive talked to them, they keep requesting different information instead of being up front at the beginning of what they needed. After jumping through hoops with the hospital to get a complete medical records of my mom they are still saying they dont have enough information. That they needed records between certain dates which again the records I gave them go clear back to 1983-2023 when she died. Basically they are looking for any reason to deny the claim and keep saying I should just take the premium payout instead although my mom had no medical knowledge at the time of signing up for this policy of any medical issues. There was no medical issues when she had a check up in September of 2022. They just keep dragging their feet on trying to resolve this claim hoping I get fed up enough to just take the premium payout and be done. If you are looking for life insurance to protect your family DO NOT use this company. They will not payout what is owed all they will do is keep making excuses and creating more hoops for the grieving family to jump through.

  Horrible organization. Waiting over 6bweeks for paperwork and no one seems to know anything. No one picks up the phone and they have now made everything automated.
