    I am very disappointed with my recent experience with this company. The store repeatedly informed me over the phone that my money would expire on January 1st, which caused unnecessary concern. However, when I spoke to a representative, they assured me that this was not true and that the funds would never expire. This inconsistency in information feels misleading, and it seems like an attempt to pressure customers into spending their money faster. I expect better communication and transparency from a company I trust.

    Do not purchase anything from this online store! They sell defective products, then give customers the run around! They deserve NO stars.

    I used my ******************* Plan (****) pre-tax dollars to make a subscription purchase of semigutide based on the sites advertisement of weight loss services, the online telemedicine site ShedRx. My **** allowed the debit transaction to go through, however I was then required to submit a letter of medical necessity. Shedrx advised, via text only as thats the only communication method available, they cannot provide such medical documentation and I could use the receipt in the patient portal. They advised me to download the receipt which had a Dx code in it. I submitted the receipt to my **** provider and they indicated it was insufficient and required specific information. I passed that information along to the *********** Team and they advised to submit the same documentation. I reached back out my **** and again, they advised the documentation was insufficient. So, I reached out to the ShedRx Coaching Team and they told me to go back to the care team. The product cant ship until I have a coaching session and the coaching session cannot happen until I get the letter. So, Im on the hook now for potential penalties and taxes as the **** is pre-tax dollars, and as it currently stands the cost is not an authorized **** expenditure. The only contact us information is a SMS text number. I just want my money refunded back to my ****. *** repeatedly asked them for the correct documentation and they keep giving me the run around as to why i want to cancel. This is beyond frustrating and I will not use the FSA store any longer. In my initial chat with your support team, I was told that my inquiry had to go through ShedRx. They WONT help me. This is so frustrating. The consequences of this are far more reaching than just the money. I will now have my card suspended.

    The items they sell are overpriced. Also, if you have to return something they will give you the incorrect information, so it takes time and a lot of effort to get a hold of someone. In my case, I was given a phone number of a company to contact (my item was under warranty). I was to send an email, I did do that. After 4 days I got an email back saying they dont take care of those returns and to email a different company. I did that again. After 5 days they are telling me that I need to send the item to them, that someone is going to inspect it and I need to pay for the shipping. They also say that it could take some time to inspect and if they think nothing is wrong then you are out of luck. Im never ordering any devices for the **********************.

    **************** is terrible and use outdated material. Be prepared to wait days at a time for refunds and be prepared to aggressively follow up on those refunds since they will sometimes insist that it is going through just for them to check and realize that it is not going through. Ask for a confirmation email or code that states your refund was successful since your fsa provider will likely ask for it. Also, do NOT let them tell you that someone will reach out to you or email you. There is a very good chance they will not and you will have to call again and do the same thing. I wouldn't use this store EVER again since their prices are either more expensive or about on par as other retailers. 3 out of the 7 representatives told me they would email me and never did. 1 of the 7 representatives did email me but that is only because I did not let them hang up until I received the email but they also told me they would follow up and they did not. 3 additional calls to the 7 mysteriously ended as I was on hold. In total I have made 10 calls to resolve an issue with seemingly no progress. Half of the time it felt like I was doing their jobs in terms of troubleshooting my issue and explaining what the previous representative did.Overall, I feel like supporting a company like this is not worth the time or effort In have put in in trying to complete a simple return of my funds. If I could leave 0 stars, I would. Even 1 star is far too generous for all the suspicious things they do.

    Order placed (approx 1720.)Email confirming the order received immediately after, (1722).I did not check my emails again until the next day (approx ****) and noted an email (**** the previous day) requesting I call within 24 hours or my order could be cancelled. I called as soon as I saw the email, 14 minutes past the 24 hour mark.My order had been cancelled.My card had been charged. Id receive a refund in approx 10 business days. Granted, I waited till December to spend the $, but now I get to hope there timeline for my refund is correct and Ill have a day or two to order (from a different company mind you). The single star is for the representative that assisted me, not for the FSAStore.

    Love this store... easy to use, can use my HSA card with no ****** and have many items that I need and use on a regular basis. recently bought compression stockings and love them. great products.

    This store is rip off! Everything is priced three times over what u can purchase in stores anywhere else. Then they have the audacity to offer you a $15 dollar discount on orders over $125! Give me a break. This store is a scam!

    Everything is way over priced. they know only desperate people with expirering FSA funds come here and so **** up all the prices 50-100% above the going rate. what a sham

    My order was perfect and delivered very fast. Everything was perfect. The smell of the sunscreen didn't smell gross like normal sunscreen does.
