    I bought a bracelet from the ********* MA store on December for my wife and it was to small for her and I went back on January to replace it for a longer one and pay the difference and they told me that I have to pay $580 on difference for another same bracelet little longer with only 2 grams more than the one that Im providing. They want me to give them $580 and my bracelet for another same bracelet with only 2 extra grams. When the actual price for the 14k gold its around $60 by grams and they want me to pay $290 by grams. Thats how you lose a costumer trying to steal from a costumer.

    The worst service I have ever encountered. I ordered jewelry it took them 2 months to hand over the merchandise and to top it off the **** jewelry has turned my skin green $4000 worth of b.s gold plated. They won't return my calls or reply to my messages text emails I live in another state but I will pay them a visit this weekend

    This business steals from their own people . When you go to finance their jewelry they tell you youll have an affordable payment plan . Then when u call their finance department after you leave you have to pay off the amount of the jewelry in 90 days or they will charge you the so called non discounted price which is ***** more . This is a scam for jewelry that is over priced will never buy from them again .
