    I made an order online of a customized pendant (a chain) the website stated to send the picture youd like on the pendant to a phone ********** did. They took longer than usual to send I figured maybe because they were customizing it. But when I received it, it arrived without the picture. Per the screen shot of the website it very clearly states that the picture is included. *** called, Ive emailed & sent messages on social media and no one is fixing this issue. They have no regard for the customers wishes, they just seem money hungry to push out content and satisfy in store customers, the online ones which are valid as well paying real money they dont care to give customer service too.

    They advertise items at prices that arent accurate. When you visit the store, youre informed that the item is either sold out or the displayed price was merely a discount, not the actual cost. Its perplexing why they would advertise at such a price, attracting a crowd, only to attempt to persuade you into purchasing different items. It feels like a deceptive practice.

    False advertising!! Online they offered a lesser price once I got to the store which was triple the size. I asked the representative about the deal online and she stated the deal as expired. I came home and noticed the same deal of $490 and at the store I was charged $1490.
