      I bought a white diamond evil eye ***** ring in 2022. The ***** of the ring fell off. They received my ring at the end of June 2024 to ***air it. I called several times to check the status of the ring. I got the runaround. First I was told they were on vacation for the first part of July. The process, according the records didn't start until a month later after I sent it. I called today September 16. 2024. Was treated horribly by both the customer service *** and the management. At this rate, they tell me it's going to take another 6 to 8 weeks. I probably won't see my ring until November if I'm lucky. I will never ever purchase another piece of jewelry from this company again. Buyer beware. Very unprofessional persons at that company. Care more about making excuses than their product ***utation or customers happy.

      I bought an Effy diamond and turquoise gold ring on Christmas Eve 2023, the stone fell off the next day , the store offered no help , I called corp , they told me to send it for repair , I did , it took more than 12 weeks to repair . By the time I received it , the same problem happened the prongs are so loose and fragile , till today I dont wear the ring , I reached out to them again , again they said send it back again . I am not happy at all spending money on jewelry that I cant enjoy . They need to either send me a new ring , or give my money back . You want me to leave a star , well you should leave a no star at all option

      Do no spend your money. They sell inferior jewelry items that after a month will be worth much less than what you paid for it as you will loose the tiny diamonds. Dont spend your money!!!!

      Absolutely the WORST customer service I have EVER received. I have several Effy pieces and I will never be shopping here again.1. I purchased 2 rings on a cruise on 10/26/2023. I was very unhappy with the quality and design of 1 of the rings. After literally dozens of emails and phone calls, I was not credited until 7/2/2024. It took 9 months for a refund! This is absolutely unacceptable.2. I was looking for help with a ring passed down from my grandmother with the Effy stamp inside. The band cracked completely in half. I was refused any help because I had no original receipt/ it looked warn. What kind of company does not stand behind their name?With both requests, I was passed along to different people throughout. Several voicemails/emails went unanswered. What a frustrating and disheartening experience.

      Thank you for taking the time to reach out via BBB.  I understand that there was a much longer than average lead time on requesting the refund from Carnival Cruise line and our communication with Carnival indicated that the refund was posted on 6/27/2024.  Again, we apologize for the extended wait time, unfortunately, all purchases and refunds from Cruise Ships are processed directly by the Cruise ship.  As for your item from your Grandmother, if no proof of purchase is provided, the item will need to be assessed by our Manufacturing team.       ****** a Effy bracelet with Effy inBought a Effy bracelet with **** in October it was a Christmas present they would not return it because of there policy they did not extend the return policy for Christmas bad customer service for this company will not buy Effy again !!!!!!!!

      I bought my tanzanite at ****'s in Cozumel while I was on a cruise. They showed me what I was looking for and they were very friendly, they offered ** shots of tequila( and of course being on vacation, we drank. By the time we left the store I was drunk and had spent $18,000. They told me it was interest free for 18 months...wrong. the financing was 18 months of deferred interest. My fault for not reading the small print. After I beat myself up for spending that kind of money, I called the corporate office and explained that I wanted to return the purchase and their response was " it was after 30 days" and they could not help me. After I explained that I was "DRUNK' due to them serving alcohol and legally I was not of complete mind and would really appreciate their help. About 1 week later they contacted me and basically I was S.O.L.

      Wore an Effy silver necklace and ring set. Bought at Macys ...both burned my skin and caused a rash. My *********************** has never done this. Took to.my jeweler he said the silver was not 925 and was full of alloy( metal) contacted **** for lifetime warrant replacement based on the poor quality they sold me....they have not yet responded. Ring and necklace are less than yearold. Wish I had googled them and seen these complaints first.

      Absolutely worst jewelry ever! My husband bought me a ring for my birthday that I absolutely fell in love with and I havent been able to enjoy it. Ive had to send it in for repair 5 times due to the same stone falling out and the company refuses to do a buy out or refund me my money!!! They keep fixing it and sending it back to me, as soon as I wear it the stone is out again!! Junk jewelry junk company ??

      Never buy anything where you are a captive hostage on a ship circling in the water. I've never gotten sucked into EFFY on a cruise, but I did just find an EFFY fourteen ************* gold panther wrap ring at the **** shop near my house. Super sweet price, and I only paid for the value of the gold weight. That's how you shop smart. The design is quite nice and the stones are small enough (mostly pave), so it doesn't matter if they heat treated them or not. I'll give 4 stars since I avoided getting ripped off and I like the design.

      DO NOT BUY JEWLERY FROM EFFY!!!!!I purchased jewelry on a cruise for my anniversary. I was told that I could ship my purchased jewelry to get resized and was provided with a shipping label and everything. I sent it back and was told to expect it back within a couple of weeks. It's been a nightmare ever since. Long story short, it's been 2 months, I'm out an anniversary gift and I was told that it would take another 3 MONTHS TO PROCESS MY REFUND. A 5-month debacle on what was supposed to be a timely gift? NO THANKS. **************** has been difficult to navigate and work with.Avoid Effy at all costs, the service has been worse than horrible. You'd be better throwing your money away. If I could give negative, I would in a heartbeat.
