      I bought a wedding band from Tiffany’s for $1850.88 on 11/22/2020 and was told that I had complementary resizing of the ring. I mentioned that since we still haven’t had the wedding with no set time given the COVID pandemic, is there any restriction on when I could come to get it resized. I was told no. I went to finally get it resized on 10/12/2021 and was charged $299.41. During this window of time, I went to Tiffany’s to buy a pair of diamond earrings on 04/17/2021, and was also told, that getting my ring resized would still be complementary. Their website mentions that resizing should be complementary with purchase. The ring was new/unused. I’m a bit upset that I had to pay for a service that they advertise comes for free.

      I purchased a Tiffany choker online on September 4, 2021. I also, had the choker engraved with my initials. I received my choker on Friday, September 10, 2021. I wore it one time on September 11, 2021. Afterwards, I stored it in it's bag for safekeeping. On Friday, September 17, 2021, I removed it from the bag to wear it. I noticed on the back, with my engraved initials, it was already starting to tarnish. I thought this was odd since I had only had it for 1 week and only wore it 1 time. I called the store in Buckhead, Atlanta and spoke to someone who advised to bring it in so they could look at it. I also, questioned returning it which she said was fine. I visited the store on Sunday, September 19 at about 12:30pm. The man looked at it and said it was just reacting to my body chemistry and he could clean it. I told him after a few weeks it should not need cleaning. He also, said they don't return engraves, but I could talk to the manager. I took my choker and left.
