    National Collegiate sued my mother after STATUTE OF LIMITATIONS had expired from 2006 in 2021. In 2019, after the debt was closed/claim paid, due to time barred/delinquent, by guarantor, in 2019 National Collegiate transferred closed file from their own servicer/affiliate ******************* Services), in 2021 tNational Collegiate (debt collectors) hired another debt collector, Law Offices of ****************** to ***. With my mother having no attorney, now 80 years old, plaintiffs changed actual account number for primary borrower and failed to use/acknowledge original file number. To date, has been verified by AES, affiliate. Unfortunately, thus far, Judge has given plaintiffs limited liability. Recently, filed the correct legal form and faxed to plaintiffs re Statute of Limitation violation which is. 6 years in AZ. If a judgement is handed down, plan to re file to overturn on the grounds of Statute of Limitation violations. Initially, my mother assumed it had been discharged in 2008, all records, credit report and AES, show CLAIM PAID/CLOSED with no activity through 2022, present. We are not going away. Case has been referred to arbitration.
