      Yes I am pretty mad at this survey company I had surveys I had to do for them and them promising they would pay it then turned around and didn't grt any surveys on a product they sent me in the mail they lied they said the client closed it out plus there issues with all other survey companies pay quickly out and this one does not they say they go threw stages and it's like of this is so why is it you can put my money I worked doing surveys the next day they have on there 1-3 weeks that's a lie. I am not doing anymore surveys for them I quit them I found one survey company they don't screenout and a market research to no issues either the either so I only now work for 2 they don't have no issues paying out or do screenouts.

      I regularly filled out surveys and enjoyed doing it. Then one day I didnt have any surveys listed. I would check randomly every week or so to see if anything dropped. So then I messaged their customer service and the reply was that my account was canceled due to not meeting guidelines. They would not elaborate they wouldnt give any explanation I have points on my account. Basically after you get a few rewards it sounds like they lock you out. It was a nice way to get a few gift cards and it was fun doing surveys. I would not recommend them overall due to this behavior.

      I would leave stars if possible again, still haven't recieved my reward for points I had before my account just disappeared randomly and I'm told they don't have to tell me why or anything, I bet you it's because I express my conservative points of view.

      UPDATED review. If I could give them 0 stars, I would. Everything I ever thought about this company I take back, they're a SCAM. I couldn't cash out my large points for 2 weeks, I got locked out my account after not receiving surveys and even being invited to a panel afterwards while I was experiencing this and was told by their bogus support team today that they notice "inconsistencies" in my responses which makes absolutely no sense. People's needs change with time. They also ask randomly before a survey of what subject's of surveys have you taken in the last 7 days which is ludicrous as a survey company. You might get the same subject but a totally different survey so why is it relevant, I have no clue. I honestly think cancelling my account was their excuse of not paying me for the panel I just did and the one I'm scheduled for tomorrow. Their surveys are redundant anyways and you spend way more time than you're rewarded doing their surveys than any other company I've been a part of. Everyone that I ever referred complains about the same thing and no longer participate. The reviews on ***** and other sites have said they've been known to cancel without reason and their policies even say that, BEWARE OF THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY.

      Why do I have to even leave 1 star. They should have NO stars! They have taken me for OVER $210 now. While it was me out there using my gas and spending my money to report to them, only for them to give me an excuse not to pay me and not even an opportunity to fix what needed fixed. They paid me twice to purchase gas, but then changed their guidelines after I had done 19 shops purchasing gas. And I wasn't even allowed to return an obtain a different receipt. Then I went to another shop where I bought 2 items...one with cash and one with a card of the exact same item. Everything went fine until the day they had to pay me. All I got was excuses! If you are a shopper like me...AVOID Ipsos!! They are out to profit off of your hard work. There has got to be a law against this. I am in search of an attorney! If anyone can help, or wants to go in with me on a group lawsuit, that is where I am at! I am here at the BBB to fight for what should be mine! I wish I had seen this before I signed on to work for them as an Independent Contractor!

      This is the worst organization one can work for. They contravene all employment laws and seek an excuse not to pay. They have only toxic bullies as employees and they seek an excuse not to pay wages.

      There are a lot of complaints online about Ipsos Isay, that they allow you to do plenty of surveys but once you start redeeming reward points for things like cash, they ban you. That is precisely what they do and what just happened to me. A span of two straight weeks went by without a single survey being listed on their site with no indication that anything had changed. No message on the website, no email, nothing at all. Only after I contacted their support staff to ask if their website was broken was I told that my account had been closed.I am very careful with survey companies, I dont rush through surveys or give fake answers. I give the companies running surveys the best possible experience I can and Ive never had trouble with a survey company other than Ipsos Isay. They want you to do the work of answering surveys many of which take substantial amounts of time and pay very little but they dont want to give you anything in return.This is in addition to their software being very buggy with surveys you complete never paying because of an error at the lost possible second, and their website and app being catastrophically slow. Like dial-up modem slow.When it comes to online survey companies Ipsos Isay is the very worst.

      This used to be a good survey platform. Plenty of surveys and fast payouts. Recently, they stopped sending invites and changed their reward levels , what good is a $5 ******* card! Used to have $50 gift cards that were very useful. Calls and emails never get answered. I am calling the ** state attorney and ask for their help. I would advise everyone to do the same, theI re complaints filed ,they more there will be s po me legal action against them.

      I was a member for years one day I couldn't redeem anything anymore no button the website was glitched so I reached out to customer support and got an email back my account was cancelled for no reason given. It's companies like theses with a lack of total discrepancy that waste people's time and effort. You contact them for help and they give you the worst possible outcome in a blink of an eye.

      I have the same experience as ***** had. Very bad customer experience. I would definitely NOT, NOT recommend it to my friends or family.
