      I became a participant in the Nielsen home surveys in early 2019 and it was to be a one year term with small imbursement of $60 every 6 months. When the pandemic began I was contacted and was asked to continue with a payment of $75/per month. This was to be paid after the end and equipment retrieved. A representative (*******) came to my house on Friday October 8, 2021 and removed the equipment. I have tried to find out why I hadn't received the amount agreed upon with no success. With this survey you have to confirm the same people are watching every 42 minutes

      We were part of the family Nielsen monitoring program for the past year (less approx. 2 weeks). After agreeing to continue with the program on or near Friday October 17th and requesting I new meter, i was informed each family member would receive there $100 payment if we continued through October 30th. I received the new monitor on Tuesday October 19th and it was "locked out". Upon calling on Wed the 20th I was told we were "randomly" cancelled. I inquired about the $400 (4x$100) payments and was told we would not be receiving them because we did not complete a year's service. We clearly agreed to continue, and had requested a replacement meter so that we could serve Nielsen well. It is unconscionablethat THEY would decide to cancel the program 11 days before our payments were due.

After a considerable amount of time that she wasted, she determined that I favored conservative media, & was not a minority. she then promptly hung up on me for not being WOKE enough. ******* must forward the compensation that was promised in exchange for my time and information.

       I fulfilled my part of the contract with them. I spent a considerable amount of my time, and provided them with the personal data they requested. They DELIBERATELY hung up on me in order to not pay me. They claim the call was inadvertently disconnected. If that were true, they would have IMMEDIATLEY called me back to complete the survey. Therefore, they are not only cheats, but liars as well.

      I recently cashed a $10 check at US Bank from Neilsen for a survey I did. It was dated 6/16/2021 and it says it expires in 6 months. I put it in my bank on 10/12/2021 and today I received a copy of the check back stating "Return Reason-S - Refer To Maker." So the check bounced and my bank charged me $19... Nearly twice as much as the check was originally. I would like my $10 AND my $19 back because they are the ones that caused it to bounce!

      Evening BBB -I receive $35 bucks in a envelope '' separate'' from the product booklet for a survey from ******* asking me to do a ''another survey'' from home because I opt into it - but never got the ''second'' ******************************************************************************************************************* out of $35 bucks When I call ******* company today 10-05-2021 to ask where the $35 bucks cash money was the guy on the phone said and I quote we can only send you $35.00 once for the same suvey but how in the world would you know it is the same survey so that is were I was suspicious nothing is in writing and I dont think it was the same questions but he continue to tell me it was he told me the $35 bucks was sent out August 30, 2021 So where is the other 35 bucks is beyound me. First letter attached say final part of survey which never got paid for and numbers match up at bottom of page -nothing is dated so am worries of such things -Thank you *************************

      Nielsen media reached out to me via mail asking to complete two radio listening surveys and mail them back. If I completed them I would receive $20 for each survey. We completed the surveys by spending 5 days marking down our radio listening during the time period specified for the surveys. Mailed them back before the deadline and never received the money promised in return.
