      These people from Nielsen keep stopping by my house. We have repeatedly told them we do not want to be apart of there scam. They continue to knock on our door. It disrupts my entire home not to mention they come at 8 PM. They went so far as to send a *** ** soliciting this company. I am over it. I dont want to be bothered any more.

      I received a notice that our house was selected for Nielsen research. Days later a representative arrived at our house unannounced and persuaded us to participate in the study. We spent about an hour with him and he took all of our information down. We received the equipment and plugged it in three days upon receipt. During the time that we did not have our devices plugged in we received numerous phone calls and emails with requests to do so. On the same day our devices were plugged in I received a call that lasted over 30 minutes requesting the same information I provided during my initial on-boarding process at our home. Once our devices were plugged in, the devices beeped thus scaring our dogs. These devices do not work for our family. This happened on Monday today is Wednesday. I have received countless calls and emails requesting that we wear our equipment. I have requested information so that I can send back the devices. No one is listening. No one is responding. Im concerned that Im going to be financially liable for this equipment that I do not want and I do not use. This is a scam and I want no part of it. We were told that we would not be receiving additional phone calls or emails and thats all we've been receiving. This is a voluntary study and I do not wish to participate any longer. My husband, ********************* feels the same. I cant believe this is actually legal. The harassment has been criminal.

The survey booklet was took time. We feel like we earned that. We are starting to believe that these survey booklets are frauds.

      I was contacted twice by Nielsen to participate in a radio diary survey. They promise to pay you $10 for each completed survey. I've done this 2 times in a row and have not been paid. Technically they would owe me $40 which I have not seen. I'm basically writing to state that I do not want to be contacted by this company ever again.

      Received an email solicitation that if I reactivate my account, I would receive a $150. More than a year later, I still have not received that payment and Nielsen refuses to payment after locking me out my original account and claiming they cannot validate I completed the requirements. Additionally, I was promised another $30 "bonus" to re-sign up (which I reluctantly did) and I was supposed to receive **** bonus points for signing your privacy agreement within 48 hours, neither which have been given to me. I have attached a copy of the communication had between ******* and I for MONTHS. Email is my preferred method of communication.

      I received a letter in the mail with two $1 bills. The letter stated I would receive another letter asking me to do a survey and they would send me $20 once I completed the survey. The survey was completed and a couple days later I received the check for $20. I deposited the check and within two days the company placed a stop payment on the check and the bank charged me a fee of $12. The bank will not reverse the fee. I have tried to contact Nielsen several different ways. The phone numbers do not reach a live person. I sent a message through social media and luckily before I gave any personal info as they requested, I was told it might be a fake account. I am looking for the bank fee of $12 and the $20 that was supposed to be provided for completing the survey.

      I signed up with Nielsen group one year ago and agreed to do surveys every month for one year. I did the surveys and got a $15 reward in the form of a gift card or check. I was notified of a new survey on December 3, 2021 and there were going to be 2 surveys that month. I completed the first survey and went to receive my award and the pin code was expired. I reached out to ********************************************* multiple times with ZERO response. I reached out to them last week in a last attempt to receive my reward I earned and still no answer. Also, I never received the 2nd survey that was due in the month of December 2021. I feel like them stiffing me on my reward in the last month of doing these surveys was intentional. I urge everyone to stay away from this Nielsen company and *********************. They are FRAUDS and when they have been called out on their schemes they dont respond. TERRIBLE company.

      I completed a survey for Nielsen on December 22, 2021 and received a link for my 15$ reward and when I put in the code they sent it says it was expired. Since then I contacted them 5-6 times and every time I do they tell me it should be there in 24-48hrs. But so far nothing has changed. Also one time when I called and spoke to a man who said they were the manager and he was VERY rude and basically told me I didnt do any survey. Even after giving him all the correct information, I believe his main goal was just to get me off the phone. And now it is January 5, 2022 and still no code.

      Around October 2021 our family did the radio diary survey.Nielsen sent a check for $50.00 It had my first name an last initial.I deposited to my bank via mobile app,On Nov-***** I received a letter from my bank stating they had returned the check for $50.00 and charged my account $32.00.I called the number on page that check was sent with, of course no one knew anything other than yes they had sent me a check an they had my phone number,I asked to speak with someone who knew more than the lady I was speaking to of course she just kept repeating herself that she didnt know what to tell me,well I gave her a piece of mind. Then I got the attention of someone from ******* when I said they were a scam, so I told her why I said its a scam an she said she fowarded my info to someone in accounting dept.So a male sent a email an said they couldnt find my info to send them my info.I figured by then if theyre ********* account was real they would have received the info.I sent the reurned check from my bank that has my info and to this day I havent heard back.So I need my money, and I saw on bbb page that they have done this before. Thank you.
