Trade Algo has a written / legal cancellation policy of a refund within 6 months of an annual subscription. I purchased their Algo recommendations / notifications subscription in Jan , 2023. I contacted the customer satisfaction ******* named ****** & followed up with the cancellation request with the customer support email address listed on their website, in May, 2023. I was told of a 45 day waiting period for the refund. Considering, my payment was made via Paypal & that Paypal gave only 180 days to file a dispute, I trusted TA would honor the refund. After speaking with them several *************** over these last few months, they have not given me any further info on when the refund would take place. I bought a subscription from TradeAlgo because I thought it would help me in trading with the stock market and because they offered a money back guarantee for 6 months for any reason. I bought it on 9/5/22, and decided to cancel it because it was hard to trade with the time difference between ****** and ********. I called them on 11/22/22 to request a refund and they said okay but it will take awhile. On 11/26/22, I got an email from the President of Support, offering me many upgrades, and even offering me a 12 month money back guarantee. So I decided to give it a little more time to see if I could get anything out of it, but it didn't seem to work out for me so I emailed them back on 1/17/23 to say that I have to decline their offer and still would like my refund. They emailed me on the same day with more offers and a 12 month money back guarantee with a 20% discount. In the same email, they also wrote "Should you decline there is no need to respond back. We have already begun your refund process and you can have confidence that it will be processed as described on your invoice." So I waited for my refund until 4/24/23 and then I emailed them asking for them to check if my refund is still being processed. They did not respond so I emailed them back on 5/2/23 and also on 5/4/23. They emailed me back saying my status says that I accepted their offer. I emailed them on 5/6/23 telling them that their previous email said that they have already begun to process my refund. On 5/7/23, they emailed me saying they have forwarded my email the the Refunds Team. On 5/23/23 I emailed them asking what the holdup is. On the same day, they said the delay was due to limitations with their processor. On 8/2/23 I emailed them again asking when my refund was coming. They emailed me the same day saying they have forwarded my email to the Refunds Team. I called them on 8/7/23, they said it will take around 45 days and someone will get back to me soon. Date of Transaction January 23, 2023.Amount of money paid - $2,495.Company committed to provide AI-enhanced tools and analytical capabilities, while using the same data that professional traders and institutions use every day. Purchase came with a six-month (6) money back guarantee if purchaser decided to cancel for any reason. I contacted the company by email on February 2, 2023, ten (10) days after I made the purchase to let them know that I would like a refund. Their initial response was Thank you for reaching out. We're sorry to hear that you haven't yet been able to find success on the platform. Rest assured we will forward this to the Refund Team, and they will ensure that you are taken care of. Allow this email to serve as a confirmation that on today's date we have received your request. Please be advised that it will take up to 15 business days to receive your refund in your account per standard processing time and have a wonderful day!Since February 2, 2023, I have contacted the company by email fifteen (15) more times and continue to get the run around. On May 3rd, 2023, they told me that they submitted my official refund request on April 13, 2023, and the following We are experiencing delays with our refund process due to limitations from our processor. This may result in your refund taking up to forty-five (45) days to be credited to your account. It has now been over one hundred (100) days since they filed my request and over seven (7) months since I initially requested my refund. I cannot find an account number on their website. I log in using my email address of ************************** Number: ***************** I have given them plenty of opportunity to get me my refund. In my last email I told them that I would be reaching out to BBB if I didn't receive my refund soon. They decided to not respond to that email, so I decided to move forward with contacting BBB. I purchased a product from Tradealgo Feb. 6, 2023. On April 1, 2023 I emailed this company letting them know I had changed my mind and requested the refund they guaranteed when I purchased their product. The cancellation was well within the 6 months timeframe to receive the refund back to my card. Tradealgo claimed that they were having an issue with their processor and that it would take 45 days before they could provide my refund. I wrote several emails to them and they claimed that they sent my request to their refund department. Additionally, they tried to pressure me into accepting other products instead of the refund. I told them I only wanted the refund. Tradealgo said that until I received the refund, I would continue to have access to everything in my plan. Thats the only thing that they have not lied about. It is now July 29, 2023. This company is a fraud and is scamming people. They dont care if they are reported for their lies. I have much more today, but Im sure I have provided more than enough information for you to see the problem.Customer Answer

November of 2022 I purchased a lifetime subscription to Tradealgo services. I tried the service for 3 months. I could not make any money with the service. The guarantee was to try the service for 6 months. Any time within this six months, I could get a full refund. I have been contacting the support and refund areas since February of 2022. I have made over 30 calls and many texts to no avail. They just recently sent me a text that they were still debating my refund and would get back to me. TradeAlgo is a web based stock market data provider. I purchased a $2500 membership that has a 12 month full refund guarantee. Membership purchased in June 2022. I requested a full refund on April 6, 2023 to no response. After I submitted many more email refund requests, they responded back acknowledging my refund request from April 10, 2023. They stated due to processor delays, it may take up to 45days to receive my refund. It has now been well over 90 ******** have yet to receive a refund.Customer Answer

At this time, I have been contacted directly by TA Fintech Inc. regarding complaint ID ********, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
I was contacted by a company rep whom I had communicated with prior to filing my complaint. Rep did not mention my complaint on file with BBB. He did say I was placed on the refund list & I would begin receiving $500 refund installments beginning on 08/27/23. He said refund installments would be provided in 5 monthly payments & continue thru 12/23. I am currently waitig to see if the first $500 payment will be received by 08/27/23.

I suscribed to their 3000$ services in june 2022 and there was a 6 months money back guarantee. When I wanted to cancel, they offered me an extra 6 months to better try the service, with the same money back guarantee. I sent a request to have my money back in may and after many e-mails and messages by phone, I havent received my refund yet. I havnt received any answer to my last message. I am writing to file a formal complaint against Trade Algo, located at ******************************************************. Despite numerous attempts to resolve this matter directly with the company, I have not received any response or a satisfactory resolution. I kindly request your intervention to assist in resolving this dispute.On 3-13-23 I initially contacted Trade Algo via a letter requesting a guaranteed full refund within the first six months of my purchase. Since then, it has been five months, and I have not received any communication or refund from the company. Despite speaking to the receptionist, who assured me that someone would be in contact, no progress has been made.The lack of response and failure to honor their refund policy has left me greatly disappointed and frustrated. I believe that Trade Algo's actions are in violation of fair business practices and are not in line with the principles of transparency and customer satisfaction. attached documentation, my original letter, receipts, to provide evidence of my attempts to communicate with Trade Algo and the company's failure to address my concerns or provide the promised refund.As a consumer, I have the right to expect fair treatment and adherence to advertised refund policies. Advertised trading service with money back guarantee if not satisfied within 6 months. Was not satisfied and call to cancel after 1st wk and they first denied it but then said their refund service was delayed and will take up to 45 days. It is now going on 60 days and still no refund. Asking for a refund NO adequate response, I signed up with the service on Black Friday 2022. This company has a no questions asked refund policy. On 4-5-2023, I asked for a refund. On 4-6-2023. I received a response that it would take 45 days to process a refund. 45 days ?? Approximately 15+ emails. Back and forth about refund processor delays, apologies, and we're forwarding your request to our refund team. You know the usual stall tactics. Its now 6/18/2023 and no refund. This company is soliciting me for Pre-IPO stock, in my opinion buyer beware. If they can't honor their policies why buy anything from them. All I want is my money... It is sad I have had to do this...
