On March 28th I paid for a flexscuplt dbbl and I didnt get that. The first problem was the schedule they schedule for 1pm and the day of someone called me and told me my surgery was at 7am 2 problem in conjunction of the first problem, I never had the loop Preop appointment before the surgery then after the surgery, I came there for postop and I know that they didnt do surgery instead of calming down the situation everybody was rude knowing that the doctor had not completed the procedure I paid for then I spoke to a man name Umed he said that he wasnt facility and he would investigation following up with me after he never did. he blocked my number and then in 40 480 then I called him again. He finally picked up another number, ending in 0662 he said he will call me back after April 4. He never now Im still waiting for three month follow up, which was scheduled on June 4 which the facility canceled and still have not rescheduled the appointment. I emailed them several times and they told me that as soon as the doctor is available, they will schedule appointment. This is very unprofessional. I should not have to wait until a doctor performed a procedure to figure out whether shes available or not. Her name was **************. She did not complete the surgery and said she made an excuse, saying that I had fibrosis and asked if I had fibrosis after she had marked me , which wasnt done properly and she said she took as much as she could take out Ispent $7500 and Im paying no more money to fix what I didnt get. Everything that was in my contract I did not receive. I did not receive the front and back boards. I did not receive my phone and also They have since incident have changed your policy on massages. They have taken away from my massages also and my contract. It requires me to have 10 massages. Theyve taken away three so far all I want is my money back and will never have to hear me again because I can easily *** for medical malpractice because I felt everything.
