I ordered 2 kits last week (end of July). I did everything that was outlined in terms of registering and collecting the blood samples. When I went to collect the samples, 2 of the needle things they supply were broken - the long plastic piece was stuck in the needle. I therefore was stuck with 6 needles to get the blood out for both kits, instead of 8. I had difficulty getting the amount of blood needed for both tests from using the 6 needles, so I tried to call the help lines numerous times (at least 5 times) in the stated hours asking for what to do and it kept saying "lines are closed" over and over. I emailed them so it was also on record - that I was having issues collecting samples, I had tried to contact them, couldn't get a response, wasn't sure what to do. I then searched through all of the FAQs, and it said that if the blood sample isn't up to the line, to still send it in, as it could be sufficient, so I did. The next day, I got the results back saying that there wasn't enough specimen to get results. So I wasn't able to get enough blood (with 2 less needles) and couldn't reach support after trying 5+ times during posted hours, never received a response to my email from the company, and the sample wasn't sufficient. I believe I should receive a full refund as this was a complete disaster, and at this point I believe the business is a complete scam. Zero customer service, zero help available, false advertising, and zero follow-through. I am horribly disappointed in the product and I emailed them one last time this morning letting them know that I would be reporting this to the BBB, (After again calling the phone number, this time asking to speak to "general customer support" and getting a message saying "all lines are closed" and the call was disconnected." Hello, I purchased a blood draw kit online for a hormone AMH to check the levels, followed the instructions exactly (I work in healthcare), and mailed it off within 1 hour of draw with our local **** The next day I receive notice that they can't process the sample and stated it was "clotted." That was not the case when I mailed it, and the price was $139. I would like a refund as I think they didn't process it correctly or should at least mail another kit for free. After I called and waited on hold for half hour, the business stated they are resending the tests at no cost to me. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.

Ordered a test kit. CVS pharmacist confirmed the lancelets for blood collection were not viable. Requested a refund because needed the test to meet a timeline. They responded via email and indicated there were videos and the response seems to be a chatbot. If you call the number they are offline. Investigate the business as a scam and request refund. I ordered two (2) test kits in March 2021. I took one of the tests and returned it to the lab for processing. The website indicated that results would be available in "two to five days" -- my results were not made available during the timeframe advertised on the website. With the second test kit, I discovered that it was "expired" less than a year after I had ordered it. The website had no indication that the test kits "expire". I contacted the company and requested a replacement collection tube but I told they "cannot" provide a replacement. I was told that my request for a replacement was "not reasonable" despite being approximately one month after it had expired and only a week after I learned that the test kit had an expiration. I have attached a copy of the webpage advertising the kits I purchase. Please specifically note: (1) there is a representation that test results will be provided within 2-5 days; and (2) there is no indication on this webpage that the test kit expire/will not be replaced if not submitted. As for resolution, I would ask for a refund of the cost of one test (invoice attached here) or a replacement testing kit. I would also like the company to discontinue it's claim that test results will be provided within 2-5 days. I would also like an apology for the discourteous manner in which I was treated when I called to speak to customer service.Customer Answer

Paid about ~$100, followed all of the directions applicable to the test, and my results are "clotted." Clicked the button to retry, and they want full price for a new test. I would appreciate even half off or something, because maybe it was my fault (though I followed all the directions). I don't think they gave enough notice that in some cases, you would be out of all the money you paid with no real substantive way to address the issue besides paying full price again. There was not sufficient warning in my opinion that they could/would reject my sample with little to no remediation.Initial Complaint

I ordered a test and followed the instructions therein. After paying (about ****** dollars for the kit), I took collected the required sample and returned it via *** on the same day (all of this was marked on the kit itself following the instructions that were included). I was notified that the sample was "unstable" and needed to be collected and sent on the same day, which is what I did. I collected the sample and sent on the same day. I have reached out and am receiving no resolution, no test kit, etc. ************ took my ****** for a test that they will not even process and will not provide a resolution.Initial Complaint

This company requires that you active the kit before mailing back in. The website would not allow me to activate the kit even after trying multiple times for multiple days. The website and the app allows you to answer all the medical questions, then once you get to the last button to activate, it will not allow you to proceed further. I had to ****** to find a customer service number because there isnt one on anything they send in the kit. Once I found the phone number, it was a ******** phone number. I spoke to *** who said she would put in a ticket for me and someone would call me back. She also told me to go ahead and mail my sample. Since no one called back, I called back to check the status on my ticket. I was on hold for a half an hour then was disconnected. Surprisingly *** called me back. She said there was a connection issue. I asked her what the status was on my ticket and was told they were working on it. I explained my concerns that the kit states if it is not activated the lab would not process. I also told her my concerns of reading multiple complaints on the BBB website about this company and explained that I could not afford to loose $200 that I paid for the kit. She asked if I would like a refund so I told her yes. I asked her to confirm which card she was going to credit back, and she said she didnt have that info but that the accounts department had it. She said I would be refunded within 30 days. I asked to be transferred to the accounts department and she said there was no one I could be transferred to. I asked if she was the only person working and she said no. I asked her to transfer me to a supervisor and was placed on hold. When she returned, she said I would get a call back within 24 hours that they were not available. Everything about the website looks completely legit, but Im afraid this is all a scam. Dont waste your time or money on this company. Hopefully your reading this before you have given them any money unlike I did.Initial Complaint
