CureMD promised that they were familiar with ******** and insurances in my state. It took them nine months to realize that they were billing my claims wrong. Nine months I went without getting paid because they refused to change how they submitted claims because they tried to force my state system to comply with their billing program. At six months, I requested to see the contract I had with them. They supplied me with an invoice only. An invoice that was never signed by me. Each time I requested a detailed RCM, they sent me a copy of the exact same invoice for onboarding. A one page invoice and told me that it was the contract I had with them. CureMD used fraudulent coding practices. I was told that it was safer to charge a *****, even though my average code prior had been a *****. When my new billing company requested information from CureMD they had no idea what was being requested. I was advised that the coders were professional. The coders ****. They tried to charge a vaginal delivery as an office visit. At this point I estimate that CureMD has cost me $150k. It is my new billing company that is helping me get through all the issues that CureMD has caused. Yet, CureMD keeps trying to charge me for changing addresses which was suppose to be done during onboarding. -- So the insurance companies still have my old billing companies address. My old company retired and all the EOBs are still going to them not to *********************** CureMD expects me to code all my notes now even though I pay them to do so. They even wanted me to agree to only code ***** for all office visits no matter what. I have retained that email. I ended up here because I was looking how to sue *********************** I was looking for advice and I found this website. So yea I am really angry with this company.

To Any Practice considering using CureMD as their *** system.......AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!!! I would give them zero stars, but that is not an option. They failed to deliver a usable product for **. It took them MONTHS to set up our *** system. After 10 months, the *** system was not up and running. They indicated our business would have to be without an *** system for 5 days AND we would be responsible for transferring data during the time they were doing their behind the scenes work. THIS COMPANY IS A TOTAL RIP OFF!!!!! DO NOT USE THEM.....
