I am reaching out regarding a ski jacket purchased at Hugo Boss at their **** store in ******** in 12/27/24 and ski pants purchased at their *************************************** in ******** on 12/18/24. After a skiing trip, the suit was washed as per the care label instructions "washed both pieces in water with a soft detergent". Unfortunately, the colors transferred during the wash, resulting in significant damage to both items. As soon as this happened, it was reported to ******* *********, General Manager, in the **** store. However, she didn't take responsibility for the damages. After, I proceeded to call the customer service line and they opened a claim for me. This claim was opened on march 10 and I still haven't heard from them and every time I call they say they don't have a time frame to answer to my claim.Given that I paid over $1,000 for these pieces, I am seeking a resolution where they can respond with store credit or money back.Initial Complaint

I would NEVER recommend shopping at Hugo Boss. Early February I spent $6000 with them on personal/office attire. After waiting awhile, I decided to check my email, I got a notification it was delivered, I did NOT receive anything. I click on the tracking to **** site and it says delivered to ********, the next day I refresh it, and it says it's being returned to sender. I figured *** may have accidentally marked it delivered while returning it. I wait patiently, a couple days later it was Delivered back to *********. March 3rd, I contacted Hugo Boss and was told three packages were received and I'd have to wait for them to process the return no later than March 21st. March 21st rolls around, nothing from Hugo Boss I contacted in and the representative lacked empathy and understanding of the situation. I've been waiting patiently for $6000 over 4 weeks she stated could've been returned with items missing therefore the warehouse team didn't process anything. This is a complete falsehood as the weight on **** site never changed. Additionally, the representative I spoke with on the 3rd would've told me if there were any problems instead I got a false expectation of a refund coming shortly. I was informed she'd escalate it to Hugo Boss ******************* and I'd receive an email. I was also told to open a *** Claim. This is NOT the responsibility of a customer. It's absolutely ridiculous the lack of accountability and professionalism from a company a CENTURY old. I gave Hugo Boss my business due to their elite reputation, instead all I've received is an extremely stressful situation and a loss of $6000 with nothing in return. It's unbelievable and unacceptable. It's disgusting the malicious practices and lack of accountability. I've been running around in circles for over a month when the resolution is very clear. Give the customer their money back for the clothing NEVER provided. I'd be very weary shopping with Hugo Boss as this is the WORST experience i've ever had.Customer Answer

Hugo boss sent me wrong product and asked me to return it. After return received they sent me confirmation that they received the products back and refund was processed with email proof. I did waited for a month and never received refund. Now they are saying Thank you for contacting HUGO BOSS! Once a payment is disputed, all inquiries must be handled through your financial institution. Due to the payment dispute, a refund cannot process as we are blocked from the card. Please contact your financial institution regarding the next steps.But my bank was saying Hugo boss was Hugo boss They are unwilling to issue credit. You will need to contact the merchant if you wish to pursue this matter further. Our investigation remains ********* this scenario I never refer received credit either from nor merchant and bank dispute was closed and asked me to work with Hugo boss. I am writing to seek your assistance regarding an unresolved return issue with Hugo Boss store #****, located at ******************************************************************. The transaction in question occurred on August 2, 2024, with a total charge of $3,060.96. Despite our repeated efforts to resolve the matter, we have encountered significant challenges, and our concern is that the situation remains unresolved within the eligible return ********* provide some context, we attempted to return the merchandise nearly two weeks after the purchase date. However, the manager at the ********* location refused to process the return, citing that the items had been worna claim made solely based on his "feeling," without any supporting evidence.Given the trauma my wife experienced at the ********* location, where our two-year-old son went missing in the mall, we chose to visit the Hugo Boss store in downtown ********* on August 25th. The staff at the downtown location were accommodating and began processing the return. Unfortunately, due to system difficulties, the return could not be completed, and we were advised to return to the ********* store.On August 27th, my wife returned to the ********* store, where the manager processed the return of some of the merchandise but refused to accept all the unworn items. When we requested a third-party opinion to help resolve the issue, the manager refused and insisted that he was the only one who could make the decision.We have already filed a complaint with the Hugo Boss corporate office and have been in communication with their customer service team. However, despite these efforts, we have not received a satisfactory resolution, and our concern is that the eligible return period is running out.We respectfully request your guidance and assistance in resolving this matter promptly, as we are still within the eligible return window. To Whom It May ********* am a loyal customer of **********************, and I have shopped a lot in Hugo Boss stores around my area. However, I am very upset that the remaining balance of my store credit at Hugo Boss was expired according to all cashiers at Hugo Boss stores in my area that I shopped recently. It sounds really weird to me since I strongly believe that store credit is never expired for all other vendors. Hugo Boss should honor that policy too as store credit is actually my own money, and the Hugo Boss stores keep it for me to use whenever I need to.I already wrote an email to request Hugo Boss for a solution for this issue, either a reimbursement or re-activation of my expired store credit, but I have not received any phone calls from Hugo Boss after a HUGO BOSS Ticket (*******) was created since May 17, 2024.Attached is a proof of my expired store credit at Hugo Boss.I am looking forward to hearing from you soon. I bought a coat for my husband at a Boss store in ********* in December 2023. After my husband wore it once in December it got a hole in the sleeve. The store did nothing for us and sent us to the customer service number. After about 6-7 phone calls and multiple emails asking for a resolution still no manager will call me back. Beware of this company. They dont stand behind their product or provide good customer service. Im very disappointed with all the wasted effort and time I spent trying to resolve this.Customer Answer

On 2/19/24 I placed order ********, which was successfully delivered to me, but did not fit. I have been trying to obtain a return label for the past few weeks, since I did not see one in the shipping box which has already been discarded. I contacted Hugo Boss by email twice, as the live chat option is never available, asking for a return label to be sent to me, as is stated on their website's return policy, but did not receive a response. On 3/1 I called and it was confirmed that my 2 inquiries and respective ticket numbers were received, but not acted upon due to a longer than normal processing time. The agent also stated that I would be receiving a return label within the next week. 11 days later and I still do not have a label and cannot ship the item back and receive my refund. I am worried the return window will run out. I would like a return label for the item in this order emailed to me as soon as possible.Customer Answer

I placed an order that was delivered on 1/25. The order came in a ruined box and clothing was damp and seemed worn , this is unacceptable, we are content creators for fashion and needed the pieces asap to use in photos and videography, but there. Needs to be a recourse to this , I expect better from this company , I have reached out and was told.
