      I had a provider end my session after a brief chat interaction, which was one of the session types offered. The provider indicated he only wanted to do the video sessions, so I said it would be good to indicate it somewhere, since I had initiated a different session type and would be charged. He canceled as my provider without any other reply. I messaged support and they explained I would not be charged, since the provider canceled without completing the session. I appreciated this reasonable outcome.

      Charged me $136 for three text messages! I needed help as I'm in a DV situation, and I thought my insurance covered this. I contacted their customer service but there was nothing they could do about my bill. I'm devastated, as I live paycheck to paycheck.

      They need to make a pop-up that shows your insurance wasn't accepted. I went through the process thinking it was fine until I was charged the whole amount. It eventually was refunded, but the process of filing a claim and trying to get someone on the phone was terrible. Invest in your company and hire actual people to help; you're a company for mental health. Start putting people before profit, and profit will come.

      I cannot more strongly recommend against using this platform. They are the most unethical company I have ever partnered with. I can tell you as a former therapist on this platform they only care about your money.

      In my experience, the providers have been great. However, don't expect to receive your records anytime soon. I submitted a request for my medical records on June 3, 2025. The "tracking" link I was given never worked. No one followed up with me until June 20, 2025 (12 business days later), when I was informed that the form I submitted allowed Talkspace to discuss my medical records with my provider, but not to disclose my medical records directly to the provider. I promptly replied with the updated form, asking them to send my records to my provider as soon as possible. I was informed that the processing time would be restarted. I didn't get another reply until today, July 22, 2025 (21 business days later), telling me that they would take the full 30 business days to fulfill my request. Given that this is an "online" service, I'm astounded that it takes this long to comply. Volume of requests is not an excuse either. The technology is available to move data efficiently at scale. The problem is that Talkspace is not investing in this federally required service as a form of vendor lock-in. I'm absolutely positive that I could find the Ark of the Covenant from ******* ***** faster than Talkspace can collect a couple of PDFs.

      Impossible to contact anyone. They will make you wait MONTHS to get a copy of your records.

      According to talkspace, my account was closed back in January 2025, but they keep taking a large sums of money from my bank account every month. I've complained to them, but it keeps happening. I don't know how to stop this. Any help?

      I was pleased with their guick resolution to a billing mix-up, and promptly received a full refund when services weren't rendered. After the snafu occurred it was easy to switch therapists, and the second ****** was much better at scheduling her appointments. I received ******al attention via e-mail throughout the process until my refund was processed.

      i could not get the therapist i requested they assigned a therapist seemingly at random to me they insisted on getting my payment info before i even owed them anything they asked me for my bank routing number i would not do business with this company and i would not recommend them to anyone

      I gave them two tries, and on both occasions, many months apart with different therapists, I had the same experience: they both rescheduled on me right before my appointment. This is exceptionally disheartening to be ditched after youve completed their forms and described the state youre in. I was going to them while my usual therapist was on vacation in the wake of my fathers death; thankfully they arent my only resource. I feel terrible for people that have no other choice.
